Nestled inside one of the coolest cultural centres in the capital, The ICA Bar is a relaxed and arty venue, showcasing London’s creative side. Housed in the Institute of Contemporary Arts, the laid-back café serves classic British and European dishes, speciality teas, and fresh-baked cakes, whilst chic cocktails are expertly crafted in the mezzanine bar.

Although packed with hearty classics, the ICA Café Bar menu reveals creative touches worthy of its arty setting. Start with a roast chicken salad with bacon jam, baby gem lettuce and parmesan, or the goats’ cheese, spinach and red onion marmalade tart. Warming mains include spicy lentil and cashew nut burger with red pepper jam, cauliflower macaroni cheese, and crab linguine with chili and parsley.

A selection of timeless favourites make up the dessert menu, including Eton mess and banoffee pie. Classic, contemporary and champagne cocktails are all on offer, with espresso martini and Tokyo iced tea amongst the creative options.

One of London’s most prestigious addresses, The ICA Café and Bar is a 5-minute walk from Charing Cross Train Station.
