Very good customer service from the moment we entered the restaurant. Good choice of food and drink. Tables not too close together and good background music suitable for all ages. Had Sunday roast lamb with lots of veg and meaty gravy-absolutely delicious. My son had La Bavette steak which he really enjoyed. Too full for dessert! Cocktails also magnificent. A great experience.

Beautiful restaurant. Vibrant atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon. Families, couples enjoying being together and eating great food. I had the Sunday lunch with a stunning Sicilian wine. The service was excellent and the staff impeccably turned out. There was background music with a pianist and singer.Best Sunday afternoon out for ages. Only quibble was the ladies room. Although clean,I think an establishment of this calibre would benefit from something like flowers in the ladies, loo rolls hidden in a pretty container and some extra touches.

The staff were friendly and polite as you would expect.

The food was delicious: The mushroom bruschetta starter seemed to be a very large portion - but if you have a very good appetite this probably won't be an issue; the steaks for the main course were cooked exactly as everyone had ordered and arrived perfectly seasoned. The desserts we had (Ferrero Rocher Parfait, Chocolate Peanut Butter Fondant and Sticky Toffee Pudding) all looked and tasted divine - and all made by the restaurant not bought in.

The only real disappointment with service was how long we were left waiting before being able to get a member of staff's attention so that we could get the bill. As a matter of fact - we failed to get a member of staff's attention ourselves and it was only when someone came to say that they needed the table that we were able to request the bill.

We did not know what to expect. We had been on line and read some of the reviews which had given you a favourable report so we decided to give it a go. From start to finish we were very pleasantly suprised. The ambience was noisy, but far better that than silence as is often the case in the better restaurants these days. It was immediately obvious that this was a place to enjoy oneself as well as having an extremely nice, and delicious meal. We both thoroughly enjoyed it and we will be recomending it to some of our friends. Thank you for a lovely meal
