A very relaxed atmosphere with comfortable surroundings. The afternoon tea gave more than sufficient selection to eat. An enjoyable afternoon.

Brilliant Full Afternoon Tea ordered with unlimited pots of tea. Customer service was spot on and the food was delicious. My friend and I shared the Savoury and Sweet versions- delectable. Also we were not constantly bothered by the staff - just right. Highly recommend The Granary for a trip out and beautiful surroundings

I booked a table for afternoon tea to celebrate my Mum's birthday - as usual it was a lovely day. Shame the weather wasn't as nice as the last time we visited, but the hospitality and food was great. Especially the lovely warm fruit scones. Thanks :)

Really cute tea room in the middle of the countryside. Perfect location!

Staff were lovely and catered to difficult dietary requirements.

Food was delicious! We had an afternoon tea with fresh sandwiches and homemade cake which I could only assume was made on site.

    I would recommend to anyone!

    Thank you!

Lovely tea served by friendly staff in homely old building. Good disabled facilities including stair lift to upper floor.
Terrace will be inviting in the summer, we will be coming again.

The Tea represented good value compared with many who charge exorbitant prices for a similar product. We were not aware that the tea rooms were spread over two floors, but fortunately one table was available downstairs or our 50 minute journey would have been wasted as my wife is disabled and could not have tackled the stairs.
Also, we had booked on-line, but the staff had no knowledge of our 3.00 pm booking. One other niggle was that the first pot of tea was only lukewarm, but this was replaced without argument. Overall the visit was enjoyable except for a rather loud young lady who was neither considerate of her fellow diners or possessed a modicum of good manners, and in these days it appears that staff are not prepared to step in for the benefit of their other fee paying customers.

We selected the Valentines Day menu which was sandwiches, cakes, scones, strawberries and as much tea as we required. It was wonderful. We unfortunately couldn't eat all the cakes so they were wrapped up and we brought them home. From walking in the service, atmosphere and the whole experience made for a lovely afternoon. Thank you to all the staff.

Very quiet, only ones there. Lacked atmosphere.
    Attentive, polite service.
    Nice selection of food.
Difficult to find, but beautiful location once found.
