While a quintessentially British country pub near to Stratford-upon-Avon, The Fuzzy Duck also has a modern, boutique outlook. Featuring a gourmet British menu best described as ‘contemporary Cotswold’, it prizes its sleek bar with both classic and innovative cocktails and provides luxurious lodging for guests.

Boasting British-sourced ingredients, The Fuzzy Duck menu offers eclectic, seasonal dishes, with lines specifically for kids, Sunday lunch and breakfast. It proffers mouth-watering choices such as wild rabbit ravioli with sweet cicely beurre blanc or the Ducky Fuzz supper, with duck breast, confit legs and faggots.

The Fuzzy Duck in Armscote was formerly a picturesque Coaching Inn, but has been tastefully refurbished by those behind Baylis & Harding. With a sleek white interior, yet rustic exposed beams, flagstone floors and roaring fireplaces, it poses the ideal duality of old and new, befitting of its pastoral setting.

The Fuzzy Duck is just 14 minutes’ drive from Stratford-upon-Avon in the picturesque Warwickshire hamlet of Armscote, nestled in the beautiful hills and valleys of the Cotswolds.

Restaurant surroundings good. Staff good. Main courses disappointing for the price (e.g. battered fish over cooked).

Fabulous restaurant and the food was amazing. We stayed there 2 nights and ate in the restaurant both nights. It was dog friendly in there too. We tried 6 different mains over the 2 nights and every meal was delicious. Loved the bar area too. Very friendly staff and great service. Can't recommend enough.

A very pleasant evening. Food excellent, service efficient. The car park is small and means cars have to park on the road.

We have eaten here on many occasions and have always been very impressed with the food. However, we were disappointed with the Sunday lunch due to the fact that we requested medium rare beef and it came well done. In fact, one of our party requested rare and was informed that this was not possible, however, he was told that they would give him the "rarest" they had. When we were asked how everything was we did mention the beef. The response was that we should have told them and it would have been changed!!! Apart from that everything else was excellent as always and we will definitely continue to dine here.

We were looked after very well by the staff who were efficient and friendly. The food was excellent, although £10 for a scallop starter and £29 for a steak is a bit steep!
Service was perhaps a little quick and did make us feel a little rushed. (Better than being too slow though!) Overall though, a very nice place to eat.

We had a great night at The Fuzzy Duck to celebrate my Birthday. Fabulous food, warm and friendly atmosphere and very attentive staff. The scotch egg starter was a particular favourite.
