A fusion of art, music and food, The Forge in Camden offers an authentic selection of South American flavours, whilst working closely with promotors and artists to create a venue that celebrates all aspects of South and Latin American culture. Joining the eclectic menu is a range of exciting cocktails from the bar.

The Forge Cantina menu blends an array of influences, showcasing Venezuelan arepas, Cuban sandwiches, Brazilian feijoda, and traditional Peruvian fish dishes. Packed with pulled pork, glazed ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickes and mustard, the Cuban sandwich is hard to resist, whilst arepa fillings include shredded beef with black beans, Cheddar and salsa.

From the vibrant Forge Bar, a creative cocktail menu complements the food. Discover the likes of elderflower fresco and basiliberry kick, banana colada, or very berry daiquiri in laidback surroundings.

Home to fine food, live music and exciting events, The Forge brings the tastes and sounds of Latin America to London. Mornington Crescent and Camden Town tube stations are both a short walk away.

Nice food, quite different and not what we were expecting, some dishes like the frittas a little dense/stodgy! We ordered mostly from the tapas menu, the ceviche was overly spicy so don't order unless you're a chilli fan! Staff a little disinterested, and we were the only ones in there at first so found that a little strange. Would probably return and try a few other dishes too!

Food was great, nice beers and friendly service.

The 50% off menu before 7pm offer made the meal such good value.

V disappointed . First time I've eaten here and was really looking forward to it but the food was very oily with a strange aftertaste - not sure if the oil was off or how this usually tastes. The choritzo starter was very chewy , the pulled pork main was mushy - unfortunately didn't enjoy , which was a shame as had high expectations for this place .

On a positive note - the table had a great view of the evening music event, staff were friendly and polite and it's very close to the tube and easy to find.

We had a great evening out with all the family celebrating my birthday. Food and ambience excellent plus good value. Service good though maybe a little slow which didn't matter to us but would if time was limited, for example, if you were going to one of the events. Only problem was that once the concert started, with the windows open, conversation was difficult because of the loud music. Think, in future, I would check whether there was going to be a loud concert on before booking.
