Excellent quality food, imaginatively presented. 2 for 1 cocktails for the early bird too :) A great dining experience.

The Exhibition Rooms boast an exclusive historic London location at Crystal Palace. Set over 2 floors, an elegant vintage atmosphere is created throughout, with a French boudoir-style lower restaurant and garden for al fresco dining.

The Exhibition Rooms in Crystal Palace is bathed in natural light from the large windows, highlighting the vintage furnishings. The lounge area is more decadent, with purple suede walls and plush seating. The Exhibition Rooms restaurant successfully harks back to a different era of style.

Eclectic dishes on The Exhibition Rooms menu complement the chic, bespoke décor. Options include crab with papaya, mango and coriander, as well as pumpkin, sage and ricotta ravioli for vegetarians. Pork belly with a pear salad and duck with fondant spinach and cherry sauce are hearty choices. The downstairs bar and garden serves a great range of cocktails and wines.

Just 9 minutes’ walk from Crystal Palace Rail Station, The Exhibition Rooms London is an essential destination for chic dining.

A very pleasant lunch eaten in a quiet, well run, pleasantly serviced room by attentive but not intrusive staff.

The food here is excellent and the staff very friendly.
The ambience is a 5 star experience.
The venue is excellent however a bit of a problem with parking.

I went to the Exhibition Rooms with some friends in the evening just before Christmas. The food was good and there was a good selection on the menu. However the service was a bit slow which, given that a rather large 15% is added to the bill for serivce, I was quite surprised by. Overall though this is a restaurant I would re-visit.

Sunday lunch we had on a previous occasion and everything was very good so we went back. This time it was awful. Food was good but had been kept waiting by the slightly dried look of it. Waitress was terrible. First said we couldn't have the aperitifs we ordered as no bar staff. Finally they arrived some 30 minutes later. We ordered bread and olive oil to stave off our hunger, it arrived during our main course when we didn't want it after several requests. We waited for at least 20 minutes before she even approached us for our drinks order and were there for over an hour before we got anything to eat. The manager apologised and took the price of desserts off our meal. However I don't want to risk going back and would not recommend to friends. Such a shame as our first experience was fantastic, great food and lovely ambience with considerate, friendly service.

Went there for the jubilee sunday lunch so it was slightly quieter than ususal. That did not diminish the fine dining experience.

Went for Sunday lunch. Food was very good and great value for money. We chose a Crozes Hermitage for our wine which was excellent and again, fantastic value. However, it was a shame that they were so short staffed. The service was very slow. There seemed to be only 2 people serving and they were quite full. I would recommend it but I will have to warn about the service. I hope it improves as it makes a perfect neighbourhood restaurant that you want to go to over and over again.

We dined on a Wednesday evening. The food was good but the service was very slow and you had to work hard to get the staff's attention - the staff were pleasant I just don't think there were enough of them. Great half price wine specials and 2 for 1 cocktails.
