Klassisk afternoon tea, som ju kan bokas även vid andra tidpunkter. Bokning rekommenderas.

Snygg dress code, men mindre formellt än vad jag trodde. Undvik shorts, t-tröja och jeans.

The tea was lovely and the food was delicious! The staff was friendly and accommodating (I have a food allergy). We weren't rushed and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The only thing that could have been better was the seating. Our two person table was one chair and the other was a couch. The table/couch alignment was such that I was forced to sit on the the crack between two cushions.

Overall quality is excellent but sometimes service was a little slow to respond. Still a wonderfully relaxing experience nonetheless.

Absolutely brilliant! Sandwiches - oh, so fresh with really exciting flavours. Scones freshly made. My friend had peppermint tea and she said it was the best she'd tasted!! Staff, so friendly, on hand but discrete. Would completely recommend.

The restaurant is cosy and welcoming with large, indulgent sofas and chairs but still with plenty of elegance and formality, doing justice to the London hotel afternoon tea experience. The waitresses were attentive and amiable, going the extra mile to assist, where necessary.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food; a perfect mix of all tastes and textures. We had a vegetarian in our party and the staff brought additional sandwiches to ensure she was catered for. The bread was contemporary and delicious and the selection of teas couldn’t have been more plentiful!
Overall, it was a completely wonderful afternoon and I have already recommended Brown’s to friends and will definitely be going back again.
