My brother and I took our father for afternoon tea for his birthday and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The waiters were all wonderful and the food was divine. Will definitely be back!

We had afternoon tea at Browns Hotel in London. It was expensive, but a real treat. Lovely surroundings, piano music, an extensive menu of teas, sandwiches replenished and attentive service... Oh and the scones, pastries and cakes were delicious too! We brought home what we couldn't eat :-)

Restaurant with character. Kind and helpful staff. We were seated by the fireplace. The food was delicious, especially the pastries and the finger sandwiches.

Lovely English experience in very comfortable surroundings. We were celebrating a birthday and it felt quite suitable for that. I enjoyed every mouthful of the tea. More than enough food.
Only qualification was that I couldn't completely understand the English of our charming and attentive service person.

restaurant is nice but the cake is bit too sweet for Asian.
Seem I have not enjoyed the discount booked through your office. May be the restaurant overlooked.
