It was delightful. The service was superb and the food was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented.

Service was great, food as well, specially pastries for the afternoon tea, the sandwiches were good but far from exceptional. Scones were really delicious and the cotted cream sublime.

Lovely tea experience. My only issue was that I thought it was 55 pounds per person and them the bill came and there were extra charges on it. You made it sound like a total package deal at 55 pounds, so after a lovely afternoon I was a bit taken aback.

It was my first visit to London in 25 years, the staffs are friendy and kind. The food and the tea was great. It would be a great experince for the visitors from overseas to feel the hospitality of the British.

The tea, sandwiches and pastries were excellent but the service could definitely have been better. We expected more considered the price and location.

Loved it - every little detail :) Lovely service, delicious food (everything!), incredibly cozy ambience with the grand piano playing, bookshelves, soft furniture - classy, and at the same time very relaxed and welcoming :) I visited with my sister, and we'd definitely LOVE to come back! PS. Best afternoon tea - experience so far! (previous experience includes everything from The Goring, to tiny village tea rooms ;) )
