Between the bustling Camden Market and beautiful Regents Park, The Edinboro Castle is a stunning pub with a huge menu. The massive beer garden is a perfect hangout for up to 300 people, with barbecues put on in the warmer months.

The Edinboro Castle menu is packed with everything from pub classics to inventive European recipes. There is beer battered fish and chips, vegetarian delicacies like brie tart with black grape, sherry and caramelised onion chutney, and even a 'build your own' burger menu. Sharing boards are perfect for larger groups, and there are generously-filled sandwiches for lunch.

Drinks at The Edinboro Castle Camden feature craft beers and ales from around the world that get rotated regularly. On the dessert menu, there are British treats like pink rhubarb and clotted cream custard mess with sweet crumble top.

Boasting one of the best beer gardens in London, The Edinboro Castle is a 7-minute walk from Camden Town Tube Station.

Terrible reheated food, bad quality and small portions. Used to be so great here. They had run out of 2/3 of the menu by the time we ordered at 5 on a Sunday. I complained and they returned our money, for that I am grateful.

The service was appalling. We were told there would be a 40 minutes wait on food, which we said was fine. It actually took 60 minutes and they only brought two out of four mains that we'd ordered. We had to wait a further 25 minutes for the other two dishes, so we couldn't eat at the same time. There was no apology and the food wasn't even good - overdone chips, the Brie tart was soggy and there was no salad or any greenery with the southern fried chicken. Additionally, the bar service was unbelievably slow - on average about 15 minutes to get served. Definitely won't be going back.

The mixed roast was so good, the best Sunday dinner. The only thing is that we were three people and one of us got their food a while before us and then a different plate. Other than that, really good!

Friendly staff and nice relaxed Sunday atmosphere but the roasts were not up to scratch

Food was nice, everything else was not. Tables were far too close together making getting in and out awkward. Service was appalling - from taking ages to get served at the bar to the fact a waitress dropped my friend's meal on his lap - we were en route to a wedding so a bit of a disaster really, although they did offer to pay for dry cleaning. Someone had decided that having a workman in to put up a large television really had to be done during a busy Saturday lunchtime, so our visit was punctuated by a lot of power drilling - wonderful. We left as soon as we'd finished eating.
