Lovely setting, presentation was amazing. Initial waiter & waitress were very knowledgeable. We waited to order a second drink as we could not locate a waiter/waitress in our room, the second drink took longer than we expected to arrive. We were not asked if we wanted to order a 3rd drink which we would have. We had a young waitress that was coming over to the table asking if we had finished so she could clear our table however we hadn't, this happened 3 times so we felt that we were being rushed to leave hence not ordering a 3rd drink. We paid our bill and left to go to another bar for further cocktails. I didn't feel as full as I have previously after having afternoon tea at other venues.

The experience was an absolute delight. Everything from the sparkle of the chandeliers, to the individualised crockery per table, the magical dry ice on the appetiser and the immaculate and knowledgable service was a dream. And then there was the food and the tea...everything just absolutely perfect....from the chill of the cream cheese, the sweetness of the bread, the edible viola flowers, the level of vanilla in the signature tea to the tart of the yuzu. An adorable experience to treasure forever.

Was an amazing experience. It's a classy place, some people dress up others don't - so wear whatever you like.
My fave was the pina colada macaroon and crumple! So good!

The Laurent Perrier Rose Afternoon Tea was the Best afternoon Tea that I have ever had. Even better than The Ritz!
The hotel is very chic and sophisticated in an Art Deco style that instantly exudes the era so you feel like you are stepping back in time. The ice smoke was a real visual show stopper that would be share worthy for everyone's social newsfeed. The food was just perfect and a real treat for the senses along with the surrounding scent of Parma violets adding to the atmosphere. The Tea was perfectly served in beautiful silver and the table ware was fit for a Queen. Service was also exceptional with a smile and real knowledge of every item served. Would highly recommend for any special occasion or even just a midweek treat for yourself and your friends. I'm planning my return. A truly exquisite experience.

Went for afternoon tea and was impressed by the welcome given. The tea, sandwiches and cakes were very nice and our server was pleasant enough, if a little busy looking after many other tables. Our only real gripe was the background music which would be more at home in a techno club and does spoil the ambience of the setting.
Just one last thing, this shouldn't be the choice of venue for families with very young (noisy) children...can't adults find any peace on a Sunday afternoon???

Lovely boutique hotel, loved how the tables were set out and the waiters were very helpful. Loved the dry ice and all the food was delicious and well presented. One of our best afternoon tea experiences. Thank you all.
