As good as ever, speedy and efficient service and good food. We were very well looked after by the waiter, and the special offer of 20% discount went down a treat!
A roaring log fire and fish and chips, what could be better?!

Located in Dunchurch, a village recognised for its rustic beauty as a conservation area, The Dun Cow serves traditional British pub food in an eye-catching old building named after a local legend. It features a pretty al fresco beer garden to enjoy the unique village, and a welcoming hearth for winter.

Hearty Sunday roasts and trusty British dishes head The Dun Cow menu, and a range just for kids offers mini versions of pub favourites. Signature Vintage pies offer fillings like beef & merlot with buttered peas, while The Dun Cow ‘Vintage classics’ menu includes lemon & garlic-roasted chicken with seasoned chips.

Paying homage to the Great British pub, the Vintage Inn bar stock includes cask-conditioned beers, real ales and a meticulously compiled wine list. Thirst-quenching offerings include seasonal non-alcoholic cocktails and freshly-pressed juices, and rich coffee is brewed freshly throughout the day.

In Dunchurch, The Dun Cow is only 6 minutes’ drive from Rugby.

Unfortunately the service was very slow and when our food arrived one plate full was hot and the other stone cold.

No complaints, really. It was pub grub with a good choice on menu. I liked the small portions option, especially for desserts

The Dun Cow was very cosy with roaring fires in all the rooms. It was also busy, but the service was still very good. They seemed to have plenty of staff and everyone was polite and helpful. The food was hot and tasty and portions good.

This was a most enjoyable experience for both myself, my Wife and my parents. The standard of food was excellent, with a good choice of different dishes to choose from off the lunch time menu.We were looked after extremely well by the young Lady that served us and nothing seemed too much trouble for them , as my Father required a suitable chair for him to sit in, as he finds his mobility is a little harder these days.A great time was had by all, WELL DONE!!
