Enjoying a bustling location by Portobello Market, The Duke of Wellington is a modern British pub and restaurant in Notting Hill. Award-winning Young’s ales and craft beers are served alongside a range of contemporary pub food, from light bar snacks to elegant dining options.

New season lamb wellington for 2 is a signature dish on The Duke of Wellington menu, while Mediterranean-inspired grilled halloumi is a lighter option, served with pan-fried potatoes and roasted peppers in a harissa sauce. There are also plenty of classic pub favourites, such as Young’s ale-battered fish and chips, while bar snacks include the innovative pork lollipops and a poached rainbow trout salad.

Bright turquoise seats and tables at The Duke of Wellington pub are offset by rustic exposed brickwork, while the first floor houses the traditional ‘Finch’s Dining Room’ which overlooks Portobello Road. Wines are a carefully-picked selection from France and the New World, and live music features on a Saturday night.

London pub The Duke of Wellington is adjacent to Portobello Road market, and welcomes a diverse crowd of wayfarers with a warm and vibrant ambience.

Excellent food. Starter (beetroot and asparagus salad) could have been a bit bigger for 6,5 pounds though.
My main course - ale sausage and mash - was just beautiful.

The reastaurant was in a great place, in the most famous road of notting hill.

Love the new menu! We started with the baked camembert, which was fantastic; moved on to the squash risotto and the duck breast, both were amazing; and finished with the sticky toffee pudding. The service was outstanding, and the overall experience was superb. The walk from Lansdown Grove underground was a bit dodgy, recommend using the Notting Hill underground which is a bit further but a better walk!
