A plush hideaway in an opulent 4-star setting, The Leopard Room at Duke of Richmond Hotel offers high-end British cuisine. Offering a sense of occasion and excitement, watch the chefs work their magic through the glass-walled kitchen.

The Leopard Room menu showcases a streak of creative flair, with dishes combining the talents of the Head Chef with the influence of Beatrice Tollman, President and Founder of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection. As well as British classics made using the finest meats, the Leopard menu features perfected dishes made using freshly-caught local seafood, like crab cakes, brill and sea bass.

Working in partnership with the esteemed Bouchard Finlayson vineyard, The Leopard Room restaurant showcases some of the Southern hemisphere’s finest wines, as well as some sought-after vintages. Guests can enjoy a high-end offering surrounded by South African-style design in the bar.

Offsetting swathes of leopard print fabrics and gilded surfaces in the dining room, an airy conservatory looks onto the glorious neighbouring landscape. The Leopard Room Guernsey is a 3-minute drive from St Peter Port.
