Delightful experience. The room was elegant. The only criticism was that we were too far away from the piano to appreciate the music - we were located the furthest away. We had the savoury tea and enjoyed it especially the salmon on the very dark coloured bread - we would love to know what it was cooked in delicious.

The waiter we had was very good an dealt with our every need.
We did feel that the sandwiches were dry, but other than that the the food was very good.

Wonderful dining room, good serving staff. Nice selection of sandwiches, although bread a little dry. Scones also a bit dry, but great touch to add lemon curd along with the usual jam and cream. Really generous with replenishing the plates, and also with the extra cake slices you could take home. Champagne cocktail was delicious!

Salon de thé très agréable. Trop copieux pour goûter aux gâteaux. Il pourrait y avoir une formule moins chère qui ne comprendrait pas la pâtisserie du chariot.
