the breakfast was nice, the dinner wasn't great. The Falafel burgers were dry and we didn't eat them, the chips were cold and the nachos were not very nice. Despite the fact that we didn't eat the burgers no one asked if there was a problem with the food when they took the plates away.

We went as a family of five, two adults and three kids (10, 8 & 2) in October half term for the Scarefest and we stayed in the Enchanted Village for two nights. We arrived late 9pm and the restaurant seated us immediately, I think they stop serving food at 9:30pm so I was happy that they let us order. The food was on our table within 10 mins of ordering which makes me wonder if it's mostly blitzed in the microwave and it certainly didn't taste freshly cooked. We were all disappointed with the food really and the waiter kept asking if everything was ok and kind of just hanging over us a lot, I think he was expecting a tip but he hadn't actually done anything for us as we ordered food and drinks at the bar and someone else brought the food out to us? Strange. Anyway I'd give the food a 4/10, it wasn't great. The whole place could be a lot better with a bit of staff training and it would be great if it was proper table service rather than ordering at the bar. We did have breakfast the next morning as we'd booked and really because there's nowhere else to eat! It was ok apart from the juice machines ran out which caused a queue while we waited for it to be refilled. Oh and the toast machine caught fire...

I think the people who are in charge of creating places like this at Alton Towers etc should visit Florida and the restaurants in the theme parks to see how it's done properly :-) It could be so much better!

The pork and leek sausages were delicious. Would just simply go back for those. Good hearty breakfast. Catered for all the party.
