Excellent service, friendly staff my husband is gluten free and was handed a folder of foods he can eat also the chef also came to chat, nothing was too much trouble for us. When the food came out and was lovely! Even sell proper chips. The restaurant was clean and we can't wait to return,

well I'm glad you asked! lovely surroundings we as a family were very impressed with the enchanted forest ,it was our second stay at the alton towers resort and like the first time the food on site i.e the restaurants let it down .back to the crooked spoon the service and staff were very good however we ordered our food and within approximately 5 minutes the food had arrived telling me it was not freshly cooked and had been standing for some time. The chips were hollow as they had been overcooked and stood for a while, the burger pate was very small far too small for the bun that held it and it was full of gristle. The burger bun was poor as it fell apart as soon as it was lifted from the plate also parts were missing from our meal like the pulled pork from my burger. The prices of the food do not reflect the quality of food £12 for a gristly burger in a stale fall apart bun with hollow overcooked chips on the side that meal should be £5.95 maximum! The Garlic bread was too thin and overcooked with the consistency of a walkers crisp. The chocolate sponge dessert was very dry, too dry in fact for my children to eat.It really is such a shame as the enchanted forest itself is lovely and the waterpark is great its just so let down by the low budget economy food you choose to overcharge so much. we will not be recommending the Enchanted forest to family or friends unless there willing to drive to another destination to eat (there is a macdonalds a few miles away on the A50 and their 99p cheeseburger is far superior in quality!)
