I decided to have lunch there on Saturday with the view of doing some shopping afterwards as I had travelled from London. We were served with our drinks first and then waited patiently for our meal which was simply a burger and chips for my son and a panini for myself. After a period of 40 mins I enquired about the progress of our meal and was told that they had run out of french fries and hence the wait. However, there was no communication from the staff. We were just left wondering.....Another 20 mins and I received my panini with no word from the waiter. I waited for another 20mins, only to be told they will check on the progress of the burger. I was in the process of just paying for our drinks and walking out when the burger arrived. Other customers had by then walked out. I was afraid tocomplain before receiving the meal due to the implications... The waiter then apologised with no substantial explanation. He acknowledged the long wait and waivered the cost. However, it could not remedy the long wait as I had to forgo my shopping experience due to time constraints. This is by far the worse service I experienced!
