Lovely food. We were all very happy with all the courses we tried.

The food was adequate and the service was appalling. We waited 50 minutes between starter and main course. My chicken starter was served lukewarm. The staff seemed disinterested in us and only attended to our table when we actively sought their attention. We weren't asked if we wanted more drinks and the menus were left sitting on our small table even after the food had been served. The restaurant wasn't busy so there was no excuse. Our three course lunch took two and a half hours.

Surprised we weren't given the a la carte menu should we have chosen to not use the fixed.
We barely had anyone talk to us but saw a couple having the tasting menu getting all the attention.
The food was good but not sure I will rush back.

Another excellent meal. Not cheap but good value for money as the quality and service were faultless

This was my second visit. It was just as great as the first and I will definitely return. The food was really good and the staff are excellent.

Stunning main dining space in the old library. We had the 3 course with cocktail menu. The rum based cocktail was most warming for the cold evening. Watermelon chaat was an adventure. The rice puffs could have been crackling to make it better. Lamb starter had the right amount of kick. The mutton and chicken mains were good and stunningly presented but the vegetables on the plate needed seasoning. Cardamon Brule was lovely buy the rose petal biscotti just tasted like biscotti. Corn and pumpkin cake was more like a tart but tasted unctious. The pop corn ice cream just ta st ed like caramel ice cream though. Some hits and misses.
