Everything was excellent and the venue was very original. Will be recommending to all my friends. Would definitely go back.

I had to reschedule the reservation twice but the staff were very understanding and even arriving 15 minutes late for the last reschedule there was no problems. Food was excellent - the red bean kebab with an array of sauces was especially delicious. My colleagues (an Italian and American) wanted Indian so I thought an Indian with a difference, and they loved it. Loved the atmosphere, the building, the dining room and of course they thought the food was wonderful.

Had forgotten the great building. Lovely ambience and great food but no decaf coffee.

I was looking forward to dine here, however with regret I wish I went else where, I'm not onefor normally complaining but the the service was terrible,
From the start we felt the waitress rushed every time she came to the table not explaining the dishes in a clear way.
We explained that we had a lactose intolerant diner to her and she said she would check with the chef whether I could have my preferred dishes, she came back saying this was fine.
Subsequently the head waiter came to our table explaining actually we couldn't have these dishes because they contained milk that couldn't be removed from the recipe and quickly spoke through some alternatives. He apologized for the waitress explaining she was new.
Our starters came through fine. However there was some wait for our main, this would have been fine alone, but the same waitress came to serve our main. Both me and the diner I was with was convinced she said "cod or halibut" both djshes we had been told I could not have. My friend said he had order the chicken which she then placed in front of him and placed the other dish in front of me with no further explanation of what it was (I was expecting cobia which I was told contained no milk by the head waiter)
I felt uncomfortable to start my main knowing the waitress had before messed up in terms of what contained milk and again with her seeming to not know what the fish was and telling me two options I couldn't have. We called the head waiter over again to ask him what the dish was he assured it was cobia, however by this point we were both so uncomfortable then enjoyment of the meal had gone. He made an effort to help removing the cobia from the bill and with a glass of Champange however the waitress also approached the table again asking what we said to him and in our opinion insincerely saying "enjoy your champagne"
In short our evening was ruined and we will not be dining again

Lovely experience in every way. The reception, the service and the food were uniformly excellent. We look forward to visiting again as soon as possible given our home location!

Food was exquisite and service impeccable. The lunchtime set menu offers good value and is complimented by superb extras and finishing touches.

Terrible! I specifically requested a cake or some gesture to mark a joint 40th celebration on two separate occasions when contacting the restaurant but this was ignored. The booking itself was also miss managed/incorrectly stated on the reservation confirmation and I had to call to sort it out. The meal was average and the starter contained too much salt. The service was also very slow. Won't be returning and would have gone elsewhere had I known.

Friendly hello, mister Hari remembered that we had been here before, best table, champagne , good service and finest selection of wines and exquisite Indian cooking in their own brilliant style .
    We will be back soon!

Excellent venue, we used the library bar before our meal which we found very pleasant. The service was very good and the standard of the food was very high. Considering the restaurant was quite busy the dishes arrived in good time. All in all a memorable occasion.
