The food was average but our evening really was spoilt by the terrible service.
First we went down to have a drink at the bar and we were made to wait half an hour before our drinks were ready. After which the waiter thrusted them in our hands rather than on the table. Having told upstairs that we were downstairs waiting for our table no one came to call us. We had to ask the bar staff three times before they went and checked. The bar wasn't even busy!
Then the evening just got worse as we went upstairs. Our waiter was very rude and brusque in his manner. We had visitors from Paris and so had brought them for a nice Indian meal. For such an upper brand restaurant we expected much better. Some of the guests' English wasn't great so as they realised the waiter was French they tried asking him. He initially denied it and then was subsequently rude to them throughout the meal.
It's really put us off ever coming again which is a shame. Disappointing.

From entering to leaving The Cinnamon Club, my friend and I had a welcoming and delicious experience. We loved the ambience of the venue and the service was impeccable. The taster menu in our opinion was the best way of sampling not just the food but the atmosphere. And the food was incredible tasty and mouth-watering - the lamb beautifully tender! We gave this a big thumbs-up and ideal for a cosy, leisurely 2 hr meal. Although busy, the restaurant was so calm and serene that the time went by too quickly. Well done, Cinnamon Club!

Great food and service and a beautiful setting. I am always annoyed about service charges though.

We were a party of four who had all dined here before. A lovely atmospheric venue. The food was average, the service good , sometimes too attentive. There is now so much good food in London and the UK generally, that for a dining experience to be be better than average it has to be exceptional and we couldn't say that it was. For the atmosphere we wold recommend the venue.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. Food came quickly - a bit too quickly. As we had booked the deal, it was obvious that they were trying to get us out quickly.

Was a great experience with great food, great service and lovely surroundings. We were made very welcome from the moment we entered the building. Very helpful waiter and he went the extra mile for us I felt. The whole place was great and we also had a nice after dinner drink in the bar. We had a great evening and look forward to coming back!
