Good value for the set lunch menu.
Visited this resturant a number of times over the years and always enjoyed it.
Overall service was good, but not as excellent as I've experienced in the past in this resturant.

Lovely interior, good food although limited choice in the lunch menu and small portions. Amazing desert!

An excellent meal served by an attentive and polite staff team. The tables are rather close to be able to talk privately.

We arrived at 9.45pm (which was the booking time) only to be told that the table would not be available for another 15 minutes. We were asked to go to the bar and would be notified when the table was ready. I asked if there was likely to be a long delay and explained at this point that we needed to catch the last train home. The greeter assured me that it would be only 15 minutes. We went downstairs, sat for 5 minutes and ordered a green tea. 20 minutes went by without any update about the table, and the green tea still had not been served. At this point (10.05pm) I went back upstairs and explained that we had been waiting 20 minutes for our table. The greeter apologised and said the table would be ready imminently. We then came upstairs, checked our coats at the cloakroom and took our seat at the table.
The waiter provided us with a menu and a wine list and left for 5 minutes for us to choose drinks. When he returned I explained that I had booked through "book-a-table" and that we had a deal with a set menu. The waiter apologised for the mix-up and then returned with a different menu (although this was not the same one that was advertised on "book-a-table"). He described the cocktail that was included, and one of us requested a non-alcoholic version, which he said was fine.
We then waited another 15-20 minutes without the waiter returning to provide the drinks or take our order. The time at this point was nearly 10.45, so we had been at the restaurant almost an hour and had not had any food or drink served. In order to catch our last train, we would need to leave the restaurant at 11.45pm at the latest. This meant that we would have just an hour to order, enjoy three courses and pay, which seemed unlikely given the service received thus far.
We therefore decided to leave. The greeter was very apologetic and suggested we speak with the restaurant's customer relations manager, but I felt we had wasted enough time and said I would instead email them.

Excellent. The service was brilliant, grest timing between each course, the staff were very friendly. The food was out of this world. What a wonderful place to have a restaurant. Very knowledgeable about wine, but a bit expensive.
All in all we had a great experience, a lovely place to dine.

Attentive staff and excellent service. Fantastic food- we had the tasting menu. Difficult to choose a favorite- possibly the squab pigeon. The chef adjusted the dishes to avoid our food intolerances which allowed us all to relax and enjoy the meal.

Faultless - attended with my two sons, 12 & 14 their first Cinnamon Club experience. To quote, the eldest said "this is the best restaurant we have ever been to", service was impeccable, food sublime and exceeded expectations in every possible way. The eldest is doing hospitality at school for his Option and from the included cook book has chosen a dish to prepare this Tuesday. Well done and thank you.
