We had a very enjoyable afternoon tea at Bingham. When we arrived we were not in an ideal location to the right of the fireplace it felt a little cramped but we asked to be moved to an available window table and without any fuss this request was accommodated. Service was lovely, champagne and the usual afternoon tea beautifully presented. The bar was looking lovely with its fantastic Christmas decorations. A real treat for a birthday!.

Overall a disappointing experience. The food was not up to Michelin star standards and was therefore over priced. I ordered still bottled water only to find out it was their tap water put through a filter. I suspect the filter was not working properly as there was a faint taste of chlorine. A great location overlooking the Thames but this special lunch with my daughter was spoiled.

We had a wonderful Sunday lunch at the Bingham. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Service was very good and the ambience is very relaxing and warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, especially for a more special occasion that requires a step up from the local pub. What's more at £38 for 3 courses it's actually very good value for the level of detail that goes into the food and the way it's served.

Really enjoyable. Great food, excellent service. The location of the hotel is amazing. Wine waiter thoughtful. Asked about allergies. Nothing too much trouble.
