I chose the Bingham for afternoon tea on recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. We were seated by the window in the bar with a lovely view of the gardens and river. The food was wonderful although we wished we'd asked to substitute one of the sandwich flavours we disliked for another. We were particularly impressed by the scones, so light with just a hint of lemon. The cakes were fantastic although three of the four featured chocolate so a little more variety would have been nice. We would happily return for afternoon tea again.

Delicious food and excellent service. At our corner seat, there was a buzzing noise on and off all evening. We would book a different table next time.

    Not very exciting ....
The cases were a sad experience Nice tea selection and scones but that did not make it compare to previous visits

Food was excellent. Once of nicest locations in London, sitting on terrace.

The setting and the way the food was presented was excellent. However, what was odd was the fact that we were going to have drinks before the meal on the balcony and were told that we couldn't as we needed to occupy the table because other guests were arriving later, and, the table would be needed by them. Accordingly, we felt as if we were rushed to our table. In addition, although other guests arrived later, there ultimately appeared to be no need for our table.
