I dine here most Saturdays and enjoy the overall atmosphere, I would like to say that the staff are not so attentive as the staff at the lyylton but overall it's one of my favourite.

A restored village pub with a beer garden for sun-drenched lunches during the warmer months, The Bell – Belbroughton serves hearty British pub fare. Tartan cushions, wooden beams & cosy leather banquettes give the pub a homely, rustic feel.

Sourcing ingredients from trusted local suppliers, The Bell menu features wholesome recipes based around the garden, land and sea. Sample hand-pressed burgers, beef & ale pie with cardamom carrots, or sea bass with potato gnocchi, while old-school puddings include warming crumbles, custard-lathered sponges and decadent brownies. Not forgetting younger diners, a kids’ menu includes miniature versions of British classics.

A partnership with the celebrated Rothschild wine merchants means The Bell – Belbroughton cellar is stocked full with an eclectic list of world wines, while indulgent wine flights allow guests to sample a variety of bins. Seasonal beers and barrel-kept ales also feature, as well as thirst-quenching cocktails and rich coffees.

The Bell in Stourbridge is a 7-minute drive from Hagley Rail Station.

not as good as previous visits, many times over last 25 years ! Seems like you try to cater for too many, waitresses were very good but food did not match their professionalism which was a shame, will visit again but will not be in a hurry to do so. Sorry and sad !

Pub has been refurbished and looks better. . Number of tables increases massively however not enough staff. At least 4o dirty glasses on the bar and service slow. Food not as good as sister pub the victoria. Two staff excellent one behind the bar was less polished . All very nice though

Up to yet cannot fault the food here. I think they could do with more staff behind the bar.

Positive change to update the place. one meal immediately rejected as inedible red snapper more like a red rubber ball replaced for another dish but the moment was lost, even by the look of it it should never have left the kitchen. Updated menu ok but now priced above itself although still popular it would seem.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Good wine selection at at good price but some dishes were a little pricey. Having said that they were beautifully presented.
