I enjoyed my dinner here, my first visit since it changed to Harry Ramsdens. The views are stunning. I enjoyed my piri piri chicken dish. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Friendly and helfull staff, food tasty, our party had the haddock and chips a seabass, very enjoyable. If anything negative it would have been our table we were sitting near the bar.

Hi was there last night, food was great and fairly priced. Shortage of staff was a major problem, however the waiter was chatty and nice but having to wait 40 minutes for a drink on arrival was not a good start to the night. Will maybe go back if they sort their staffing problem.

Firstly can I say we all really enjoyed our fish and chips waitress was very cheery and chatty we were then thinking of going back with my mum. Then all went horribly wrong. We ordered 2 deserts which took half an hiour to arrive then to be served a dogs dinner was an understatement it was absolutely disgusting from the way it was served to the way the waitress just flung it down in front of us she was obviously not happy because I complained at the time we had waited. So overall I won't be back and I won't be recommending it to anyone which is such a shame.

Very disappointed on our first and only visit to Three Bridges. Harry Ramsden's is known for fresh fish and crispy batter - neither of which were served at this restaurant. The fish was chewy and the batter soft and greasy. My son ordered ribs which were burnt. This was a birthday tea out and we left agreeing it was the worst meal we had had in a very long time. The service was ok. We won't be back.

Service and atmo excellent - 60 plus fish and chips was child portion and without bread and peas is not really a " deal "

We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to a window table as requested when I booked, our orders,1 haddock and 1 ribs in BBQ sauce, were taken quickly but then waited over 1/2 hour for it to arrive. The fish was delicious but the chips looked unappetising very pale, my friend enjoyed the ribs. We told the waitress we would wait a little before ordering a sweet but no one came back to us, after about 45 minutes I had to go to bar to ask someone to serve us. Although it was a Saturday night the restaurant was quiet at most 8 table sittings and I did notice other tables waiting a long time for their orders, a gentleman at table over from us had to also ask for service. So all in all a nice restaurant lovely views over the Forth, friendly staff, food good, wine expensive £9.50 for 2 very small glasses, service could be a lot better

We had lunch today at the Three Bridges, Harry Ramsdens at South Queensferry, We both ordered drinks which came promptly and cod and chips for lunch. What can I say the portion was huge the food was hot, the fish had perfect crispy batter and the chips twice fried were crispy too. The offer of bread and butter to go with the meal was great but we both declined as there was already so much on the plate. The service was great we had our food freshly cooked in 15 minutes but I would have waited longer as we were enjoying the view from the corner table on the decking. The large parasols have out door heaters which were on and kept me just warm enough to sit with no jacket on. The table was wobbly but this was dealt with by my waitress quickly with a pile of napkins the wobbly was worth the views anyway. Our waitress was polite and attentive but not overly so, she checked midway through our meal if everything was ok and that was it we didn't feel rushed out the door which was nice. The cappuccino my husband had was lovely and I treated myself to a glass of prossecco after my meal which I really enjoyed. All in all we had a great lunch including 4 drinks of different kinds pepsi, lager, coffee and prossecco, two large fish teas with one extra side and the bill was £34.00.
