TGI Friday's Leicester Square is an award-winning restaurant, home to legendary food and drink.

Fresh ingredients are used to craft a huge burger range, from the Bruce Lee, to the French dip, and favourite signature dishes include Jack Daniel's double-glazed ribs, chicken finger BLT and a juicy 8oz sirloin.

Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the popcorn brownie sundae, pecan pudding and the very berry sundae, and challenge the bartenders to make your favourite from over 500 cocktail mixes. Choose from the classic Long Island iced tea, bubble gum daiquiri or strawberry margarita, while soft drinks include thirst-quenching mocktails and thick, creamy milkshakes.

It was early lunch and we only had an hour as we had theatre tickets.the restaurant looked great and the staff were obliging and friendly.I had the ribs which were very nice, but it could have done with some salad or coleslaw or something like that, especially for the price, cos it ain't cheap.

We booked a table for 5:30pm and didn't get seated till 6:27pm; the meal was supposed to be an anniversary meal before going to watch a show but it was rushed!
Also when I got my burger it wasn't the correct one, I didn't bother to send it back because of the little time we had.

Arrived at restaurant 5 minutes early. Told our table (booked for 1900) was not ready yet so to take a seat at the bar area. When we got to bar area there were 5/6 empty tables. So I waited and waited at 1920 I went to the front desk and said the table has been empty for 25 min and if you dont give us a table now, we are just going to take that one. So as if by magic we were taken to a empty table. Spoke to manager and got a free round of drinks.
    Then ordered.
My starter boneless hot wings, had little to no hot sauce on it, so I asked the waiter who delivered it if he could get me some. 10 minutes later it still had not arrived, so I had to ask another chap, who went and got it within a minute.
While myself and a member of my group of 4 was still eating our starters our main course arrived and it was dumped at our tables. It was the same guy who I originally asked for the hot sauce so I said to him that I waited for 10 minutes and had to ask someone else, he said he made it an order and it wasn't his job to get it for me and basically started to argue.
The only saving grace was the waitress called Rebekah who was helpful and friendly.
My girlfriend and I visit our local TGIF often (Glasgow Fort) and the difference in attitude/atmosphere//management is like night and day
Id avoid that TGIF like the plague.

The kids always enjoy it our waiter James was lovely. Initially went to get drinks at the bar for the very thirsty kids, and was told they'd be 'right with us', that server disappeared. The remaining person said the same before going on to serve people arriving at the bar after us. It wasn't so busy that they couldn't keep track. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks in the end. The most unadventurous child got the Taquito bites starter and loved it.
