The bright and buzzy TGI Friday’s Glasgow Fort serves tasty American dishes to diners at the Glasgow Fort Shopping Park. The offering is diverse, from juicy steaks and handcrafted burgers, to freshly-shaken cocktails and chic martinis.

Jam-packed juicy burgers are the highlight of the TGI Friday’s menu. Enjoy prime cuts of British Isles beef topped with a range of exciting ingredients, like the ‘Bruce Lee’ with spicy Asian slaw, crispy noodles and jalapenos. An American grill menu serves up hearty dishes like tender rump steak, baby back pork ribs glazed in Jack Daniel’s, and Cajun-battered shrimp.

Famed for its fantastic cocktail selection, diners at TGI Friday's can challenge bar tenders to rustle up a mix from its 500-strong list, like the classic strawberry daiquiri, or the signature raspberry-spiked Haymarket. Cooling slushes, chilled beers, wines and thick shakes are also on offer.

In one of the city’s bustling leisure destinations, TGI Friday’s in Glasgow Fort is located just off Junction 10 of the M8 motorway.

It was not my first dinner with TGI Fridays and I love it. My husband is very fussy about food and places for eating, but with TGI he is always happy. He said that he enjoys the best burgers so far. We will visit TGI Fridays soon again ??

It was very busy so we were made to wait till our table was ready, the food was good, the steak was overdone asked for it medium/well and when it came out it was well done to the point it was burnt. So we will try again when it may be less busy.

Had a lovely time, made even more special with the staff singing 'Happy Birthday' to our daughter and presenting her with a slice of cake and candle - very well done!

Booking service was simple and painless. Reception at restaurant was very good and on point. We were seated quickly. The seats in the restaurant were unclean with some drinks previously spilt on leather and dried inn tables were clean. We waited 24 minutes for drinks. Music was at the right volume. Food was excellent especially the jack ribs and the sesame shrimps. We had a discount voucher and this was welcomed by the waitress. The half rack of ribs with fries and onion rings is good value at £12. The toilets were ok with 2 exceptions. The toilet seat was broke unsafe as my son slipped off to the side. Secondly, the position of the hand driers is strange as they are situated at each side of the sinks so you need to bustle for position with the next person washing their hands. Strange. Overall it was a pleasant experience and my daughter enjoyed getting the birthday song sung to her by 3 crew members. Ps. We are a family of 7 with children aged 7.8,9,13 and 20 so can happily volunteer for mystery shopping reports across a broad Spectrum if you have such a role to be fulfilled.

Very disappointed. Booked for 7.30 requested a booth.
Arrived at 7.24 to be ) told by an unsmiling member of staff 'stand over there and wait your table will be ready at 7.30. Awful customer service. Should have been taken to table on arrival. Obviously when you book they don't reserve a table. We were taken to a table at 7.30 which had just been vacated. (And minutes later was given to a walk in) I wasn't happy as I said I had reserved a booth. The young man was polite but out of his depth. I said I wasn't happy and he said there is a booth free over there. I'm sure again recently vacated. As it was my daughters birthday, I reluctantly accepted.
Now the food. I have eaten in other franchises of thus restaurant and found it acceptable. I know it's a chain but standards have dropped considerably. My daughter and I ordered cocktails. My blueberry mojito was average. My daughters haymarket was full of orange pips. Thus was changed and not charged. Our starter food was luke warm but tasty. Our mains the same, but, my Cajun spiced shrimp, had no spice, tasted like it was cooked in dirty fat. To top it all itwas 'thrown' on the plate with chips and looked awful. My salad (which was all I really ate) was, initially a plate of just lettuce! Replaced very quickly with, lettuce, peppers, cucumber & balsamic dressing which was ok.
In summary this was an awful place to celebrate. My meal was taken off the hill as I'd eaten almost nothing.
The saving grace was the lovely, blonde girl with black glasses who served us. She was lovely, hence our tip.
    We will never be back.
