    Not for me.
TGI Fridays is a successful brand, but I did not enjoy the experience. My wife is gluten and lactose intolerant, and as they have a gluten and lactose free menu, we thought we would give it a try. However the choice was very limited, the food was bland, and the background music was noisy and annoying.
    Maybe I'm just getting old!

TGI's is aimed at family fun. So why is it whenever I have been with children, their drinks always come to the table after the adults. It's not diffucult to remember, content children, happy adults.

Service was very quick maybe even a little too quick had hardly any time to finish the appetiser and then the main turned up.
The main was wrong but the waiter got it resolved quick enough.

good food as always. will definately return, waitress had a little attitude to begin with as we asked for a igger table squeezing 6 adults into a bench seat is not advisable. Once the manager got invloved it was sorted easily.

It took about 15 minutes after being seated to be offered a drink, then another 15 minutes to be asked for food order, it wasn't overly busy so don't really understand the issue with the waiting times for orders to be taken. When our food did eventually get brought out it wasn't half as good as last time we went to them. The waitress herself was very polite and friendly but none of us were overly impressed with the way they appeared to decide at about 9.45 to have some sort of team meeting out the back where all staff suddenly disappeared too. The wait time for food was too long and it wasn't as good as TGI's hype themselves upto be. Last time we went it was a lot better in there overall. Debating about whether we would go back in future we are undecided as the waiting time put us off quite a bit.
