One of London’s most famous dining rooms, the Ten Room brings British informal dining to the iconic Hotel Café Royal on London's Regent Street. The striking interior boasts lofty ceilings and smooth leather banquettes.

Courtesy of chef de cuisine Armand Sablon, the Ten Room menu adds French inspiration to modern British dishes.

Offering a gourmet selection throughout the day, enjoy the Ten Room’s English breakfast filled with artisan goods, Hotel Café Royal’s prized tea blends. Breakfast, lunch, cream tea, and a pre-theatre set menu are also served.

Sensitively restored original features evoke timeless grandeur at this iconic London restaurant. A short stroll from Theatreland, The Ten Room restaurant on Regent Street sits just 2 minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Circus Tube Station.

Head to the Green Bar for heritage cocktails and delicious miniature dining plates. Soft green lighting pays tribute to the formidable absinthe fountain, and the curved gun-metal bar offers an ultra-chic selection of cocktails, botanicals and tonics. No reservations are required in the elegant café area, with guests offered a range of exquisite British treats.

Afternoon tea is served in the Oscar Wilde Bar.

It was a Monday evening, so not busy but a nice gentle buzz. Pianist was lovely, not too loud. Every course I had was delicious and the perfect amount, beautifully presented.

Not as good as previous occasion we dined here. We booked the fixed price menu with champagne, and overall I'd say it was reasonable value for money.,,but that's not the full story. Our starters and mains were good, although the vegetables with the lamb were not that good and rather sparse. Big disappointment with desserts... flatter to deceive in pretty presentation but insubstantial in actual volume and flavours. Service was also rather disappointing. Nice staff but fairly clueless. Our wine choice wasn't available so we were offered something £36 a bottle more expensive without being told..I was wise enough to get the wine list and order something else. We sat waiting to be asked for coffee and tea order, but no-one came, and when they did they asked if we wanted to order more!! The restaurant wasn't that needed a good maitre' to be all over the staff. We were going to come again in a month's time but I didn't feel bowled over by this experience, unlike the last time, so unlikely to return.

You don't dine here for the food but the ambience is amazing. Classic piano player and an overall romantic environment.

Surprisingly, the restaurant was empty when we arrived at 1pm for lunch but was full by the time we left. The food was excellent but we ate too much of the delicious bread and didn't have room for dessert!

Excellent in every way! From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to have a good time. Lovely airy surroundings, sufficient space between tables, the right level and type of background music, and superb service. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. When they didn't have our wine selection we were upgraded to a more expensive bottle, which they didn't have to do. Will definitely be back!
