Really good afternoon tea, staff were very friendly and attentive and brought us some wonderful chocolates when they found out it was our anniversary. Beautiful location.

Bad attitude from a waitress and food was different from photos online.

The sunborn was a lovely experience and the staff were very pleasant. However we did have afternoon tea with a glass of champagne and when received the afternoon tea we had a glass of prosecco. We did not order this and when the bill came we was charged for 2 afternoon teas with 2 proseccos. We also waited a while to get the bill from the staff which we then found out we had to go down to reception, there was not much instruction given by staff. We did pay for the two glasses of prosecco as did not want to make a fuss but I am disappointed - I will say the location was great and we had a good experience riding the cable car over to the yacht.

The setting was good. But the tea itself was thought to be a tad expensive for what it was, by my companions. And the place lacked ambience.

Would recommend you use loose tea rather than tea bags but everything else perfect we really enjoyed it and the staff friendly and helpful.

It was a lovely experience, the scenery was amazing and so was the atmosphere. Only thing I would mark them down for is service. The waitress completely ignored us and was almost avoiding contact with us. She would go to neighbouring tables to ask if they were okay and if they were enjoying there time there but would completely ignore our table and walk past. The scones and cakes were also a bit stale and not fresh.

This was the worst afternoon tea in London and I've been to plenty. They advertised free-flowing champagne and didn't honour it. I waited 20 mins for a menu and had to get my own in the end. Then served tea without tea bags after waiting 15 mins I had to go and find someone to get some. The bread was stale and when I called the waiter over he said he knew before I could even tell him, so clearly they were aware they were serving old sandwiches. The 'under the sea' afternoon tea was disgusting the fillings were either dry or purely sauce the waiter didn't talk you through what each was just dumped it and left. The manager who I complained to was rude as I was speaking to him he just looked away and shrugged. I work as a hospitality manager I couldn't believe that there was such poor quality and a nice venue. This is the first time I've ever left a bad review but I couldn't not. I hope this will be investigated it was the 5th of August at 4.30pm.
