Customer reviews for Sticky Fingers

Food mediocre, had to request items of our order that hadn't been brought, meaning some of our food was cold. Waiting staff serving us were rude and sullen. Our server in particular, had awful body odour. We chose this restaurant as it was recommended for children, but found it lacking. Limited choice and not as much as a colouring-in sheet. Wouldn't recommend.

Wonderful service. Very accommodating for a party of a 11 and a baby. Our waitress was lovely. I wish I remembered her name!

I was really looking forward to our supper, the restaurant looked great, together with the idea of going to the iconic Sticky Fingers. However, once the food arrived it was completely underwhelming and overpriced for what we got, even with the Star Deal, a better burger could easily be bought elsewhere, the chilli starter was a disappointment, the chicken wings were too sweet, the fried chicken was soggy, the burger bun (or half bun) was cold and could have benefited from being toasted. We would have been happier paying more to eat from the main menu, there's no point in getting a special deal if the food that isn't good enough. There was no signage for the rest rooms, and my dining partner ended up in the kitchen by mistake on the way out from the WC. The wooden platter they served the burger on was split and old looking, and for someone who has a low immune system causes concern over germs. I will not be returning, once was definitely enough.

Easy booking service....staff at Sticky Fingers very helpful when we had to change the date of our booking. We went on the £17.50 2 course + cocktail menu but do not think it is clear that the 2 courses are only from the sample menu and the cocktail is mojito or mojito. Under the sample menu is the button to click for full menu which kind of indicates the sample menu or there are other choices!!! This is not the case. Had I known this I would not have booked as the menu is limited and I would have liked my friends to have a wider choice. The waiters were very friendly and helpful and the food we had was tasty...just disappointed not a large choice...would have liked the ribs. Overall had a good evening but a tad disappointed.
Go before 7.30 for Happy Hour (we were only told this after 7.30 but the staff kindly obliged and gave us our 2nd mojito at happy hour price)

A really good dining experience for those wishing a casual meal. Although we arrived late for our booking we were greeted nicely and seated in the restaurant which was surprisingly quiet. The service was fairly prompt with drinks arriving quickly. The Mojita and beer were fine. We ordered the wings, cheese and artichoke dip and burgers with fries. The food was very tasty and highly recommended. No need to be a Stones fan to enjoy this place as the music is varied. Will definitely visit again. PS.The hot air blower in gents needs attention

we had the group menu for £27.50 per head (any bookings over 10 people are required to book the group menu). although the service was excellent, the food was fairly bland, lukewarm and moderate-sized compared to the american diner experience i was expecting (rich tasting and generous portions). i wouldnt say it was good value at all unfortunately.
