I surely had in my head a different restaurant, Something like the Hard Rock but more sophisticated. How wrong can one be. A soon as we opened the door, the noise hit you, young children were running around and screaming, it was more like a MacDonalds restaurant. The service was good but the food was cold and it was impossible to hold a conversation as the children crying and general noise made you give up. We came up from Sussex just to experience the restaurant, what a waste of time and money, definitely would not recommend.

Quite noisy but there was a big group when we dined. Great restaurant and nice staff.

We had booked the lunch special (3 courses) and were a little disappointed by the quality of the food. The service was excellent, the portions were very generous. Yet the bathrooms were not very pleasant, and the wallpaper would need a coat of fresh paint. So we did have a fun lunch but would we go again? Probably not.

It wasn't what I had expected to be honest. I imagined the food to be much better than it was. The cocktail included in the star deal was a mojito which I really enjoy but this was badly made, there was far too much sugar in it, it was too sweet to drink.
The food itself wasn't very warm when it came out, during a time when there weren't a huge amount of diners in the restaurant. The first and second courses left me feeling too full to have dessert. I wouldn't dine here again.

My wife and I arrived at 1pm on a weekday and the place was nearly empty. so much so that the music sounded loud. After about half an hour the area were in was full and the atmosphere increased substantially. The music was now just background. The set menu had enough choice for most people. The food was really good and more than enough for us. The beer offered on the set menu wasn't the best. The service was exceptional although the restaurant was by no means full. The waitress was there when needed and came once per course to ensure everything was OK. Overall, it's very good value for money.
