Offering a unique 2-item menu, Steak & Lobster Bloomsbury is set in the slick Radisson Blu Edwardian. A sultry dining room is filled with plush leather and glossy slate tiling.

Doing away with unnecessary frills, the Steak & Lobster menu offers sumptuous 10oz dry-aged rib-eye steak, with peppercorn, stilton & red wine or garlic, white wine & mushroom sauce, and opulent whole lobster, steamed or grilled and served in the half shell. There’s a vegetarian alternative of sage roasted squash and parmesan risotto with truffle oil, with all 3 options enjoying the company of unlimited fries, garlic and chive butter and a house salad.

Sweet treats include knickerbocker glory, banana split and chocolate cheesecake, while there’s also a selection of light nibbles like steak bites with dijonnaise, and chicken frites with a chorizo aioli. Steak & Lobster in London is the perfect place to enjoy creative and fresh signature cocktails in a flamboyant Bloomsbury setting.

A chic setting, Steak & Lobster in London is a 3-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road Tube Station.

Steak & Lobster was easy enough to find and being a Sunday, parking was not a problem. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were asked to choose a table out of 3 or 4 that were available. We ordered 1 steak and 1 lobster. Unfortunately, the drinks were at hotel prices. When the food arrived it was well presented and looked appetizing. The steak, I'm told, was nice and the fries were good ( we had a few repeat orders - free). Lobster, however, was small and not as tasty as it should have been. There is a great deal more choice for Lobster now in London and I'll be looking around for my next lobster fix.

The service in relation to the drinks was shocking. It took forever for another bottle of wine to arrive along with some port for the cheese and biscuits at the end of the meal.
The food was lovely though and the overall experience was very good.
Just sort out the drink timeliness. .

This is an attractive modern restaurant with an appealing menu and friendly service. We dined with a deal which made it very good value.

We dined one Saturday evening, it was very pleasant. It wasn't too busy, meaning that conversation was easily had. The meal that I had was very good, and good sized portions as well.
