7:30pm booking. Food great, as was last time we visited. Great atmosphere. Helpful tip: get the chef to make you a naan bread of choice before you place your rice and curry on your plate so that it is all still warm when you sit down to eat. No negatives about Spice Quarter but I was the unlucky one to get to the ice-cream machine when it had just run out. The staff refilled it immediately. So after a 5 minute wait it was all ready to go again. All in all a great experience with lovely food.

On arrival we were greeted with smiles and made to feel very welcome. We were courteously led to a table then to my delight asked if we would like to sit at an even better table overlooking the German Market in The Millennium Square. A lovely young lady then explained how everything works regarding foods being made in front of you and where and what all the choices are. I enjoyed my food and overall experience here so much that ive just booked another table for next Saturday.

We ate early evening. Not fantastically busy, but the staff seemed to be providing a good service, just attentive enough and very helpful.

dined early evening. very quiet midweek, not enough curry dishes? mostley all chick or veg dishes, i like a beef curry, or prawn even. asked for byriani, but had to settle for pilau rice instead. there peswari nan? was to die for, the best i have tasted. but they didnt do keema nan, the starters were a little dry as they had been sat there a while, but then it was very quiet , i would presume it would change when it gets busy. i would def return here, now i know how it works, was a little confusing to start with, having to order some things but not knowing what you could or couldnt order.

I brought a group of overseas students and teachers and even though I did not book a table was found. The guests loved the experience. They enjoyed the mix of different kitchens and the opportunity to interact with the chefs and also have some dishes prepared specially for them. The youngsters also loved the chocolate fountain and chance to eat as much or as little they wished. Drinks were a little pricey but jug of water was provided on request free of charge. All in all a very good idea
