    Really good service & food

Restaurant was empty which is fine as we had a late 10 pm after theatre booking. Waitress service was friendly and welcoming. We had pre-booked the London Restaurant Festival menu and the Prosecco served was excellent and subsequent glasses were very reasonably priced. I did order a glass of Barbera red wine which was unfortunately corked but I decided not to ask for a replacement. What disappointed us however was the food which was served very lukewarm and the main courses arrived inexplicably one hour after we had placed the order in a restaurant which was not busy at all. We wondered jokingly whether they were getting supplies from a central kitchen somewhere.

The service was very slow. Eight pieces of garlic bread for £8, not good value for money. Generally the food not to a good standard, burger was cold, had better oven chips, pasta dish lacking sauce and the pizza soggy. Staff very unattentive, never asked if meal ok or if we wanted more drinks. Overall, would not eat there again.

We felt rushed - didn't like our seating arrangements it just felt like we were thrown in a corner with no ambience. Food must have been heated as there was no way it was cooked fresh as the plates were out in minutes. One of my guest's meal was tepid and had to ask for it to be heated. Would not go back

Very good and attentive service, quite crowded as the Eno is just next door and is suitable for pre dinner theatre. Had pizza which was not hot enough but overall a very conveniently located restaurant

Poor service. Was seated & waited for 20 mins to place an order. No drinks were offered before this. After another 15 mins our starter arrived, we had no cutlery at the time & still no drinks. After we had finished our starters we then complained as still the drinks we had ordered had not arrived. After complaint things did improve but this was too late as it had already spoilt the evening
