Fantastic atmosphere, funny art on the walls and perfectly made sandwiches, tea, pastries and scones. Definitely returning when I'm back in London

Once seated we waited 45 minutes for our food to come out, we were then greeted by a waitress who told us our "ticket" had been lost and how sorry she was , the food then come out minus the teas we ordered, after asking several members of staff which took another 15 minutes they finally arrived .
A lady then asked if we wanted anymore sandwiches , we gave them our order and 15 minutes later she came back and asked the same question, and then laughed when we told her she had took our order down a while ago!!!
Shockingly run and bad customer service .
They gave us a cocktail each on the house to say sorry but at that point we weren't interested . For £120 I would expect a lot better and have had better service else where . However on a positive the food was very good!!
I took my mum for afternoon tea for her 50th and we were very disappointed

Terrible experience - the service was shockingly bad. Never going back.

We walked in and were confused as to where we were supposed to go for our tea...eventually we sat down in a small area off the tea area we were supposed to be dining in. My husband finally suggested we try the "other " area as we were not getting any attention. We finally realized where we were supposed to have our tea. Once seated the tea was lovely!

Fantastic... The pink decor and design was stunning... The atmosphere fashionable and transcendent!!! The toilet was surreal driving a rare common discussion point through the room... (Check it out)... Finally: the tea infused champagne was decadence at its best as was the young lady who brought it to life... (Buy one... Without ice if you want a hit)... Thanks... Love It!!!

The tea room was very busy and a little on the noisy side, the staff were professional and friendly and the afternoon tea was good, with unusual sandwich fillings. The little trifles which were served were far too sweet - neither I nor my guests could eat them. The downside is that a Champagne tea is £57 per person but extra glasses of Champagne are £17 which is a bit over the top!! Glad we had the experience but would no repeat it - so many other great afternoon tea venues in London.

The cheese panini was definitely our tables favourite dish. The toilets are very different and fun. I loved the pictures on the walls & beautiful pink decor.
