Großartiger Abend! Tolles Essen, kreativ, lecker und wirklich etwas besonderes. Wunderschöne angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr aufmerksamer, aber dennoch entspannter Service. Ein insgesamt sehr stimmiger Abend, den wir gerne jederzeit wiederholen. Der Besuch lohnt sich unbedingt!

    Great time. Good and friendly service. Enjoyed the dishes. Duck is a bit tough. Loved the quail egg!
    Ambience is relaxing and comfortable.

    The food was impeccable. It was a 7-course dinner, with serveral starters before the first course, and each dish was like a little drop of heaven. It was a delightful experience for the tastebuds. And equally impressive was the service. Each server was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and matched the cuisine in exceptionalism. This was an experience I will remember for a very long time.

    Meine Frau und ich haben das Restaurant nun schon zum vierten Mal besucht.
    Beim 9-Gang Menü waren der Beginn und das Ende grandios und unnachahmlich gut.
    Leider gab es jedoch auch Schwächen und zwar beim Lomo Schwein, bei der Hauptspeise Ente und beim Käsegang.
    Bei beiden Fleischgerichten war das Fleisch leider zäh und der Jus beim Schwein leider zu arg reduziert und mit Zwiebelstückchen? versehen. Hat weder mir noch meiner Frau geschmeckt.
    Der Hauptgang, die Ente, war leider eher gewöhnlich, zwei Zwiebelringe scharf angebraten, etwas Rotkohl, der fast roh war und ein wie schon erwähnt leicht zähes Entenfilet.
    Der Vorarlberger Käsegang mit Melanzani war mir persönlich zu scharf würzig, ich konnte es nicht aufessen.
    Im Allgemeinen muss ich die Jus kritisieren. Bis auf den Lomo waren die Jus zu dünn und wässrig, eher wie Suppen.
    Wir werden jetzt erst einmal eine mehrmonatige Pause einlegen bis wir wieder bei Herrn Nickol speisen werden, leider.

    I brought my wife here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I wanted a special restaurant to mark this special ocassion and we were not disappointed!

    I was very impressed! The wine list was simply incredible.... I had a bottle of Pommerol from one of the best vintages (1982) and that was just one of many highlights for me!

    The food was stunning and it was a most enjoyable experience. I don't really like cauliflower however the quail egg/cauliflower/bacon appetiser was beautiful!! A real surprise!

    Being from Ireland, I was pleasantly surprised to see Silver Hill duck on the menu and of course with excellent Irish produce it was always going to be delicious!!

    My wife enjoyed the cod with the ginger foam and particularly the crunchy crispy skin which added a lovely texture to the dish.

    Another highlight was the gift from the kitchen to acknowledge our anniversary. The desert egg was exceptional!! My wife and I nearly ended up having a row as we both wanted the last bite!!

    Of course, I relented and let her have it!! The key to a successful marriage- keep your wife happy and let her do what she wants....at all costs!!!

    Eggs are a theme in this restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal especially the eggs towards the start and at the end of our meal

    It was a true dining experience and one we will always saviour and treasure. The staff were very professional but not intrusive and just before we left we got to meet Silvio which was a real bonus!

    All that is left for me to say is a heartfelt thank you. What an amazing evening in an amazing city. Wow. What dreams are made of.

    Nochmals recht herzlichen Dank für den gestrigen Abend! Neben dem unserer Meinung nach besten Essen in Österreich, möchten wir uns noch einmal dafür Bedanken, dass wir auch einen Blick hinter die Kulissen werfen und den Virtuosen Silvio und sein Team persönlich kennenlernen durften. Für uns war es der kulinarisch perfekteste Abend in unserem Leben. Continue your performance!!!!
