Lovely central venue to theatre district and dining room is well dressed and lit and service while not great, adequate. Shame however about the food. Booked the set menu deal but average at best, poor at worst. Didn't have overly high expectations given the price point but sadly those expectations not even nearly met. Salad limp, tasteless and swimming in dressing. Pot roast chicken dry and accompanying vegetables overcooked and tepid. Partners mushroom starter was fine but turnover main little more than canapé sized cheese and onion pasties with tasteless sauce. Declined dessert. Will continue to fill the place owing to location but doubt there will be many return visits.

Well received and good service with the reservation that the meal was slow to arrive. Food good but perhaps not for someone who was very hungry.

Brilliant meal and service. We were in a rush (theatre) and the staff were very accommodating!

With Hollywood celebrities flitting between the bar and restaurant this place has quite the atmosphere on premiere night. However the Food is average and service distinctly underwhelming, especially if you're dining on a 'deal'. Perhaps they were catering to more important guests?

I booked this as a surprise for my girlfriends birthday and it was perfect, the stained glass Jimi Hendrix piece was awesome. The only drawback was that I'd really wanted to show her the roof garden but there was a private party on....this is in no way the restaurants fault as it was a Saturday night! All in all excellent meal, wine and price. Just go immediately!

Took the lunch deal. On arrival I was interrogated about what deal I was on and asked to prove it by showing the reservation email! Not sure why as it was empty! Staff had v poor English and no interest. Bread stale - asked for replacement which eventually arrived and was little better. Wine served was not chilled, although a wine bucket was provided without request. Starter and main course very good. Left without acknowledgement from staff despite obviously looking for toilets - just ignored. What a shame the chef is let down by everything else as his/her bit was good!
