There are a selection of steaks on the grill menu, and a range of burgers, including buttermilk chicken and vegetarian pumpkin, smoked cheddar, chilli and thyme.

Desserts at The Salt Quay in Rotherhithe feature indulgent options like doughnut, banana and salted caramel Sundae, while the drink menu include wheat beers, IPAs, wines and a select cocktail list.

Fantastic Sunday roast! Been before and never disappointed. Price very reasonable considering the huge portion sizes, kids roast was a good size too. Great atmosphere, lovely friendly staff, big selection of food and drinks. Definitely will be visiting again.

Very nice place. However I would have preferred that our order was taken at our table by a member of staff & not have to rely on us to take the order to the bar.
Food was very nice except for the doughnuts in the bag, in the dessert, they were hard!!

We had a great time as a group of 16.

We were able to order seperately from the Sunday Roast or everyday menu. One part of our group sat at the small table and sofa area because they were breastfeeding and had a toddler.

This meant the whole family felt very comfortable and it provided a relaxed focus for us all to stand and chat. It really felt like being in a large living room. The staff went out of their way for us.

We appreciated this relaxed feel and we will return as a group on this basis alone.

The food seemed to be well received. I enjoyed the burger and two others mentioned they had enjoyed the chicken roast and the veggi roast. The yorkshire puddings were praised.

Only one of us ordered a pudding but it looked good when it arrived and was polished off swiftly.

Thanks for a lovely Sunday afternoon!

The atmosphere was nice, good access, lift to upper floor restaurant etc. Food good, had the beef roast dinner which was lovely, and excellent value. My guests also commented that the Steak was lovely, also the Cod and Chips platter. Would recommend.
