Very good experience, we asked to be served promptly as we were seeing a show afterwards and they obliged in the most pleasant manner. The food was very good and restaurant itself had a great atmosphere,

During our dinner MICE were spotted in the dining room we, very calmly, mentioned this to the waitress who didn't seem surprised or go to investigate the problem. We asked to speak to the the manager, again she wasn't surprised or go to investigate just said she'd phone the pest control people. Manager then said dinner was free as if it was a big deal not to us weren't planning on paying as mice with dinner was not the dining experience we were planning for the evening.Complaint has been made to Westminster Council investigation ongoing.

No one greeted us as we arrived although staff walked past us and continued to do so until we stopped one of the to tell them we had a reservation. Waiting service was friendly however the staff seemed very confused as the restaurant appears to have so many special offers. First bill was wrong. The only food that we could say was good were the ribs and brownie other that those I wouldn't bother with the burger, blue cheese salad, calamari or strawberry sundae. We choose an American Restaurant as our son wanted a good burger for his birthday, Burger King delivers a better burger! Music is very loud.

the service and food at Ruby Blue was simply amazing. The food is quick to come out but is all hot and to a very high standard. The menu only has a number of dishes, but with good range and excellent taste.

Dinned at 1700 hrs, which was for us a pre show dinner. The food was really tasty and infact we had dinned there before. We suppose to have had Xmas pudding, but they offered us chocolate cake with cream. This was fine by us and infact by the time we get to Xmas may be glad we did. However to get this any cheaper in London would be hard to find, so well done to all.

We were part of a group of 6 and we ate pre theatre at about 6pm. Meal was fantastic value and we would eat there again. Very handy for theatre land.
