A London dining landmark for over 30 years, R.S. Hispaniola restaurant gives diners classic elegance on the River Thames. Moored at Victoria Embankment, stunning river views are offered on the sun terraces and upper deck bar.

Effortlessly romantic, the R.S. Hispaniola restaurant sits just across from the London Eye, and benefits from the sparkle of its lights on the water. Al fresco dining on deck in the warmer months is perfect for enjoying one of the many wines on offer, and R.S. Hispaniola London also serves a popular afternoon tea menu.

Modern British and European cuisine feature on the R.S. Hispaniola menu. Bold flavour and texture combinations feature in dishes like wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil and shaved parmesan. Fresh seafood options are also available, like South Coast plaice with sautéed spinach, burnt butter and capers.

The R.S. Hispaniola offers romance and spectacle, just a short walk from Charing Cross and Embankment Tube stations.

We were a party of 3
and all had the same meals.
We all thought the fish cake starter was very good and served very hot.
For main course we had the seabass which was served hot and very nicely cooked.
We had ice cream and sorbet for dessert.
The lemon and apple sorbet was a nice flavour but a strange texture - a little like
freezing cold mashed potato or stewed apple/mashed potato.
The ice cream was very nice.
We sat inside but outside looked as though it would be lovely
    in warmer weather.

Beautiful setting, very relaxed environment, we wasn't rushed at all. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of prosecco and had the iron flat steak followed by the cheese board. Easy to find and in a great location for drinks afterwards.

My husband & I were having a get-together with dear friends. From the moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted warmly & the service continued to be excellent throughout our 4 hour stay. The 3 course menu which also included a glass of Prosecco was a great deal & the meal was delicious. Our friends were impressed too & the location was great as we had all just returned from a cruise & the Hispaniola rocking on the Thames brought back happy memories.

Was a fantastic meal and excellent service to, couldn't beat the price that we paid, and the chocolate tart was to die for! Was really lovely as it was my mums birthday and they made it very special for her.would definitely use the restaurant again.the only thing I would say is that if your not great with boats and suffer with sea sickness, it can get a bit bumpy but thankfully I was ok.
