The entire experience was excellent. The food was appetising and delicious and I really appreciated the small menu - not too many decisions !

The restaurant is beautiful and staff were excellent and welcoming. Celeriac soup and the salmon confit were especially good. Perhaps not the best value for money overall.

Was a fabulous meal in an excellent location. We were made to feel very welcome with very attentive service that wasn't intrusive but there when needed. Food was excellent every mouthful was a joy and clear plates on every course.

Beautiful, warm setting with helpful, friendly but not overbearing staff. Food was well cooked and presented. Impressed by the cheese trolley! Good value deal from Bookatable.

Fine Dining is the way forward! We were made a fuss of from the moment we arrived. Nina, our lovely waitress, ensured that our pre-lunch Champagne and Martini cocktails arrived on cue. It is a wonderful Martini that relaxes your neck muscles, as you swallow! The meal was delightful and the service was perfect. Staff had time to discuss choices and were charming and friendly. My wife ordered the Pig's Cheek and I, the Duck. They were delicious. Every ingredient punching its weight with a lovely balance. The Ice-creams for desert were a perfect end to a fabulous meal. There was another pair, Father and Son, celebrating the son's birthday, otherwise the clients appeared to be suits. Thanks to the 'Roux at Landau' for an anniversary celebration, that charmed us both.
    We shall be back.
