The Bookatable offer was very good value. The food was excellent and the wine very palatable. we bought a glass of Champagne each plus further wine both of which were good value and not overpriced.

    thank you

Our discounted "Bookatable" lunch at 'Roux at the Landau' was a great experience, as one would expect with anything the Roux family are involved with. It was a beautiful room and we received attentive, knowledgable and friendly service. The food was stunning. The included wines very pleasant.

Lunching or dining at this level can be an expensive and/or daunting experience, so special offers like this are a very pleasant privilege to those not on expense accounts or not normally able to indulge at this level. A wonderful occasion. Thank you.

The service was impeccable and food delicious. It was a lovely experience.
I tried to phone in advance to warn them that one of the diners is effectively vegan which was a concern as we were booked on an offer with set menu - failed to speak to the restaurant though had 3 conversations with the booking person. However the restaurant dealt with it brilliantly offering a separate vegan menu. The food was great. Amuse-bouche delicious - there was even a special vegan version: chickpea chips with black olive and mango. I enjoyed salsify starter, sauted cepes as main course and maple baked apple dessert. My partner enjoyed a consomme starter, followed by lamb and a pear and almond dessert. Petit fours were both pretty & so tasty.
Dining room is elegant and relaxing. We had a really special evening. I really hope to return.

We were very satisfied with the service provided and liked the choice of menu. The final touch made by the restaurant was very nice as this outing was a surprise for my daughter in law for her birthday. We did not expect that you will make something special for her. Thank you very much. The only negative comment we can make is the location of the table just next to the entrance to the restaurant. We felt exposed to people going in and out and would prefer a location with more privacy.
