A unique venture from Michelin-starred Michel Roux, Roux at Parliament Square serves innovative modern cuisine. Housed within a striking historic building, the understated luxury of the dining room is offset by a fashionable bar.

Blending contemporary cooking techniques and indulgent flourishes, the Roux at Parliament Square menu offsets intense flavours with beautifully elegant presentation. Delectable options include delicate Cornish crab ravioli with Champagne veloute, or ballotine of Lincolnshire pork with mustard emulsion. Classic desserts at Roux Westminster incorporate an experimental twist, like chocolate mousse with peanut parfait, coriander and lime.

For a more informal ambience, the bar area at Roux Parliament Square restaurant offers a quaint, library-style setting with a fashionable edge. This bright, airy space offers premium wines and beers selected by Albert and Michel Roux, alongside a tempting selection of light bites.

Surrounded by iconic landmarks, Roux at Parliament Square London offers a cosmopolitan hideaway. The iconic Westminster Abbey is only 4 minutes’ walk away.

The quality, presentation and taste of our food was simply excellent. The service outstanding and a benchmark that others should aspire to. The staff were very friendly,
Welcoming, attentive and made our visit special. We were also treated to a visit to the kitchens and introduced to all. The chef Steve was a winner of Masterchef. Brilliant offer and a must if you enjoy eating out.
    Will be back.

We enjoyed greatly our visit to Roux at Parliament Square. We were booked in to the bar, but were asked if we minded eating in the main dining room. This is a pleasant room, with tables well-spaced and the general ambience is excellent. We ate early, but the room filled quickly with a variety of business and leisure diners.
The service was welcoming and professional and there was no sense of hurry to finish. The short special menu was interesting and the presentation and quality of the food was excellent. We both chose the same main course - breast of lamb with sweetbreads, which was excellent! We also benefitted from canapes and a flavourful mushroom reduction between courses.
We would certainly recommend this restaurant to friends for a special occasion. Speaking of which, we had received a call the previous day asking if we were celebrating a special occasion. I mentioned, tongue in cheek, our very recent wedding anniversary - a day or two before - and we were surprised to be offered a shared dessert, the plate marked with "Happy Anniversary". This was a nice touch and much appreciated!
