Feinschmecker readers voted it as the up-and-coming restaurant of 2007, and Bertelsmann's restaurant & hotel guide chose it as the discovery of the year - making the chef Vjekoslav Pavic a gourmet chef. The Thun serves international dishes which are influenced by traditional French cuisine. It also caters for vegetarians and diabetics. The puristic, timeless, but modern looking interior suits the restaurant's meticulous, straightforward and traditional style of cooking.
