Great value too.

Winner of multiple awards, Restaurant at The Bonham offers elegant Scottish dishes with a distinct continental accent. The cool, minimalist dining room features edgy urban styling, and a collection of artwork from acclaimed photographer, Tilo Stengel.

With classic flavours given a modern twist by head chef Marco Nobrega, the Bonham menu presents a simple yet elegant repertoire of dishes. Bold flavours include saffron risotto, cod filet with spelt and smoked mussels, or lamb rump with baby artichokes and sweetbreads. For dessert at the Bonham in Edinburgh, enjoy indulgences like rich chocolate soufflé with fruity peach ice cream, or apple and frangipane tart.

Compiled with passion, the Bonham restaurant wine list brings together a mix of easy drinking and fine vintage bottles, and a trusty mix of international beers and thirst-quenching soft drinks are found at the bar.

One of the capital’s most sought after boutique hotels, The Bonham mixes cool urban styling and timeless Victorian-townhouse elegance. Edinburgh Haymarket Train Station is a 10-minute walk away.

Lovely meal at a great value. Wine deal was cheap blonk but to be expected with such a steal of a deal (3 courses for £23.50 with 1/2 bottle of wine) Pork belly was divine & the passion fruit cheesecake my fav :) Service was friendly & attentive too :)

We love the rooms here, very nice to sit quietly in the lounge with a drink before dinner. Waiter for drinks was however quite gruff. Also in the restaurant, whilst the food was excellent and presentation very nice, the plates were banged down on the table by our seemingly stressed out waitress, even though only a few tables were booked. Noisily clearing away wine glasses and resetting for breakfast while we were still dining is not terribly kind to the guests either. All in all a good eating experience and the deal was certainly commendable, but please take care of the details... a few more smiles from the staff would have made the evening so much more enjoyable. Our main waiter, a young man, was very attentive and charming. Thank you!

Lovely dining room and great service. Fine food too - heritage tomato salad with a lovely sorbet followed by lamb with heritage potatoes, broad bean puree - thoroughly recommended. Only slight detraction was a very loudly spoken group of diners who wanted to share their conversation with the whole restaurant. Perhaps the staff could have had a quiet word with them?
