Spring is on its way! But for a while we will have to extract the essence from the last root vegetables of the old year. We will combine them with the first produce of this season. Our cold seas still provide shellfish and fish that are among the best in the world. In this menu we can finally offer you a locally produced hung-tenderized beef. It has been dipped in tallow and then tenderised for three weeks. This is a tasty beef that is well worth trying. Our aim is, as always, to find produce and tastes in our immediate vicinity. I try to create something new based on classic Swedish tastes. So read our menu and by all means ask us for some help in choosing something that suits you personally.
