Service was welcoming and friendly and everyone in our party of ten seemed happy with their food. I enjoyed the sea bream . We had a baby and a pram to accommodate which they managed well and gave us suitable seating.

With national acclaim, Regency Restaurant serves locally caught fresh fish in a delightful seaside setting. In this nostalgic, beach house-style eatery, the quaint decking area offers magnificent views over the sea and West Pier.

A diverse selection from the Regency Restaurant menu is headed by a stunning selection of fresh fish and seafood. As well as succulent fillets fried in a light batter or a delicately grilled seabass, shellfish options include scallops finished off with a hint or garlic, or a light lobster salad. For an alternative taste, Regency offers tasty pasta, meat and vegetarian dishes, as well as a selection just for kids.

A well stocked bar at Regency Brighton serves a refined selection of international wines, perfectly matched to the elegant fish cuisine.

With a sunny seaside ambience, Regency Restaurant offers a bright, family-friendly setting. Brighton Rail Station sits 5 minutes’ drive away.

The ambience didn't work for me. The lights were too bright and car headlights kept shinning right in my eyes from outside. I enjoyed the scallops starter. The main was average fish and chips, nothing special. The service started well then went downhill. We had to pinch cutlery from the next table to eat our main.

Although it was a wet, windy evening, our welcome at the Regency was very warm. I had the grilled whole plaice, a particular favourite of mine, which was as always excellent. House white wine, was excellent and good value. Unfortunately we didn't have time to have a desert - will rectify that next time! It was lovely to be able to watch the i360 working in the dark!

Super fresh and tasty seafood. We ordered the extravaganza seafood platter, deep fried calamari and chips, they were plenty for the three of us to share. Overall, it was worth every effort travelling from London.

My wife and I have been eating at the "Regency" in Brighton for about 25 years, at least 8 times per year. We went down there on Chrismas Eve!

Although we live in Oxford and it takes 1.5 hours to get to there, it makes a great way to commence our time by having a meal in such a friendly enviroment.

The Staff, such as Dino, Roberto, and Velena, and others who have looked after us can not be faulted - the food and service is
impeccable. Very diverse menu for all tasts!

It is advisable to always BOOK a table.

This Restaurant is right on the corner of KIngs Road, oppersite the "New Tower" - the restaurant next door seems like it is part of the Regency - it is NOT!
