Wonderful waiter. Unfortunately We didn't ask his name. It was the one who jokes about wc anyway. We had a great time. Nice music performance. Everything was great

With iconic status on the capital's restaurant scene, Quaglino's has offered brasserie dining in London since 1929. James Hulme’s contemporary European menu uses the highest-quality British ingredients, and is served against a backdrop of glamorous décor and live jazz.

The Quaglino’s menu is fittingly sophisticated, with dishes such as Highland wild red deer with parsnip purée and braised red cabbage epitomising the restaurant’s penchant for the luxurious. More simple classics also feature, including fillet of steak au poivre and papardelle with smoked tomatoes and aubergine.

An extravagant venue, Quaglino’s has two bars: a central cocktail bar in the main dining room and a mezzanine bar overlooking the restaurant below. Both serve classic cocktails and boast a wine list of over 300 varieties. The restaurant is also renowned for live music, transforming Quaglino’s into a late-night party spot.

Located in well-heeled Mayfair, Quaglino’s restaurant is a 4-minute walk from Green Park Tube Station and an 8-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus.

Its always been a buzzing place to eat. The food was generally good with the exception of the cod which was very salty. The service was a little too eager and rushed

Amazing interior, albeit a bit dark for an early 5.30 pre concert. Good food and half litre wine in jug appreciated as not all of us wanted alkohol. Excellent service! Very stylish restroom, which inspired our photographer daughter!

A London restaurant landmark - and still punching above its weight. The setting is slightly old-fashioned glitzy - but comfortably relaxed; the menu is familiar but well cooked and presented; the service is personal and professional. If you've not been for a while, try it again; if you've never been, make a reservation for next week.
