My wife and I had a most enjoyable meal. The waitress, Claudia, was lovely. She greeted us at the door, showed us to our table and served us throughout. I had calzone and my wife risotto; both were delicious. For sweet we had sticky toffee which again was delicious. With our 25% discount voucher the meal was very good value. Thank you Claudia and the chefs.

Booking online very easy. Booked for 6 people at 8pm. Arrived 15 minutes early. Told we needed to wait as table not ready. Restaurant was very empty. Possibly 10% of capacity. Waiting staff seemed confused. So thought we would go to bar for a drink. Bar person didn't seem to understand we would like a drink. Felt there was a language issue. This then had to be authorised by the manager on the night. Drinks allowed and then within 5 minutes table ready. Food as expected. Person taking our order efficient and friendly. When one of us asked for extra garlic bread, not to the person who took our order, this seemed not to be understood but did arrive after much explaining. We felt there was not sufficient understanding of the English language. Ambiance good but unfortunately the language issue was the memory of the night.

Table booked for 4 of us. Very easy to book on line. Didn't have the best table (right in front of the kitchen, so got lots of waitresses hanging about in front of the table waiting for new orders.) and I did ask to move but they couldn't offer us another option. The food was delicious. We all ordered something new that we hadn't tasted before and everyone said how tasty and attractive to the eye it was! Lots to choose from on the menu and even my fussy vegetarian 14 year old loved the food.
Now comes the negative part : the waiters/waitresses got my food order wrong (this is twice now) simply because their English is very limited. By the time my correct dish was brought over the other people in my party had half eaten theirs. I then ordered another rose wine and a "white" wine was delivered. Again only a minor problem but when you are paying £6.50 per glass I do expect it to be correct. Again this was down to staff having difficulty in English.
The waitresses were all very friendly this time and smiley which has been an issue in the past so that was better this time!

Another great meal at Prezzo Wisbech. There were three of us on a birthday outing so we had all three courses. The restaurant was busy and buzzing. All their starters are delicious so it is difficult to choose. We had a range of main courses: calzone pizza, spicy pasta and a chicken and goat's cheese salad. For dessert I had the salted caramel arctic slice: yum! Despite the restaurant being packed, service was brilliant as usual - attentive, polite and cheerful. I look forward to our next visit...

I had the carbonara as a lighter option so it came as a smaller portion with a salad. It was lovely, just the right amount so I didn't feel stuffed. Also had a prosecco & Chambord, amazing!!!

Our first visit to Wisbech as we normally go to King's Lynn; we were not disappointed. Decor and set up means you have privacy but still hear the buzz we enjoy in Italian restaurants. Staff very friendly and welcoming recognising one from King's Lynn we had been missing as she was so good. Food as excellent as ever with new menu and specials for Halloween. Pity starter wasn't a main course as it sounded delicious. Highly recommended and look forward to our next visit.

The Food was lovely, staff very friendly. The ambiance was comfortable and contemporary.
Initially we were seated near the entrance door but each time someone came in or out we were blasted with cold air but one mention of this lead to a very quick apology and moving us to a different table.
We were there on the Bond premier night and had pre-booked cinema tickets and despite the restaurant being full they made sure our order was delivered to us in ample time to enjoy and still make our cinema allotted time.
