We dined here after visiting the theatre. The atmosphere as we walked in was one of a busy, buzzing restaurant. The menu is large and varied. We were asked for our order, however the waitress was quite uninterested, she came across as just an order taker. Our starters came up and they were very nice. As the waitress took the empty plates away she drop the cutlery down the back of my husband(on arrival home found he had stains down the back of his trousers). I had asked for a light meal but when it turned up it looked ordinary size. That said, again the food was good but unfortunately I couldn't eat it all. Overall impression, very nice atmosphere and food but they could definately improve their customer service.

Fast, efficient, friendly service and the food was good too!

The service was poor and we had to spend a lot of time getting the attention of the waiters. Secondly, when the waiters showed up at the table they were unfriendly and didn't even ask if we need anything....poor taste. I ordered the sticky toffee desert and it was over heated and felt as a package desert in a quick shop. No class for such a nice ambience restaurant.

Good. Booked for 8 of us. Efficient friendly service. The chicken in my chicken bacon and avocado salad was a little dry but the other 7 dishes were fine. Would go again

Went after a theater, we had a set Christmas menu each.
starter calamari, main - pizza, pudding - honeycomb cheese cake.
Atmosphere and food is average, starter calimari were overcooked, oily and rubbery, there was no honeycomb in the cheese cake, pizza was nice but having to saw through with absolutely blunt cutlery did not help the experience.
Regretted booking the table afterwards. Pizza Expess looked more appealing than Prezzo after we finished dining.
Would I book a table again, no.
Quite average place hence only 3 stars.

I think that Prezzo are the best of the Italian restaurants chains that are on the high street.. The other chains that I have tried lately have disappointed. I find the quality of Prezzo's food consistent. Very disappointed to find that Prezzo have dropped their excellent crab cakes from the main menu, other than the salad option.

Very surprised - really good. Went there for a quick business lunch and cant fault it. Good food, great value, excellent service. Well done. One small point - dont be scared to put more salt in the pasta!
