We both had risotto, which was good. When paying, I tried to use a discount card but was told that this branch didn't accept them. The waiter was extremely polite and actually refused to take a tip as he had not been able to take the card. Very surprised and impressed.

A perfectly acceptable lunch which we enjoyed

The service was alright but the food was awful. The Risotto was really lumpy and became cold very quickly. The pizza was gluten free however served without a tomato base so it was just extremely dry and stodgy with no flavour. To top it off the egg on the pizza was rock hard. I've never had a gluten free pizza tasting so disgusting in my life. We informed the waitress that we were unhappy however she did act upon our disappointment. We were left hungry and dissatisfied. Waste of money.

I have not eaten out on my own for a long time and was nervous being in London at night as well but I was treated so well . my meal was great but I watched the staff and they were all amazing. Efficient courteous helpful never looking harassed and it was v busy of course. I have never supplied a review before but if could feedback to them how good they are I would appreciate it. Thanks.

It was very warm (almost too warm)in the restaurant. Draft beer was on the menu but could not be bought(Trafalgar Square ).Long wait for the drinks which came after the starters. Food was mediocre.

This is our third visit to this restaurant. The food is of a high standard and they manage to keep the service to a high standard too which is commendable as its a very busy restaurant and the staff seem to be flat out. The waiting staff still manage to provide service with a smile and are friendly even though they're very busy. I guess it'd be easy to forget that when you're rushed off your feet.
Prices are reasonable. between 3 of us we had a pasta dish, a pizza and a the belly of pork main meal with one drink each (3). And that cost around £50.
I checked that the staff get the tips before I added a tip as some establishments don't forward the tips to the staff. They do in this restaurant so I was happy to add 10% to my bill.
Booking is advisable and you don't wanna wait in a queue.

The food was excellent, and we were served quite quickly. However when we came to pay, we were passed the bill and then left at the table for ages. In the end we had to go up to the counter and pay.
