Calamari starter was sublime. Highlight of a brilliant evening eating out.

Service was very very slow. Vip pizza hardly had any topping, then £16 service charge, that's a joke

Nice spacious layout. Good service. I ordered a salad which was delicious, I would have preferred it to be served with the dressing on the side but not a huge issue.

We received a very pleasant welcome and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful but did not overdo it.
The food was good value for money and there was a good choice though we were disappointed that the "arancini balls with a tomato dip"" are no longer available as a starter.

Excellent selection and fairly good price range. Well cooked and presented food, which is always fresh and hot. Never been let down. My only two small complaints where that the staff , although always polite, seemed a little to eager to get rid of the dishes in between couses, therefore disturbing you . should always leave a little time before asking to take the dishes. You feel a little "hurried". The second minor thing was , that I was given a voucher for a free bottle of wine for my Birthday. Excellent except , because I was using the Tesco Vouchers I couldn't use it. Now I realise that if it was a promotion then That would be ok, but as it was a very kind Borthday present forom Prezzo themselves, I think it would have been an excellet gesture to be able to have it. I did say these where only minor complaints and would never stop me going again. My and my wife will be going again ime sure.
