The meal overall was really good, the sharing antipasto starter could probably be doing with a little more on the platter though. My husband had a pizza and loved it due, I had the carbonara and again no complaints. Staff were really friendly and even though the restaurant was busy they still had a smile on their face, our waitress was gabriella and would like to thank her for being helpfull.

Awful, Staff were more concerned serving a large group. We sat down before 7, ordered drinks and our meals, had our starters at 7.10.
By 7.55 we still had not had our mains. We had to be in the Cinema for 8.10 giving us no time to eat. Very dissatisfied. Management of a large group should be run better. other tables had been waiting an age also.

Absolute disgrace from start to finish. Worst dining experience I have ever had. Terrible food and shocking service, 35 minutes for starters. No communication between staff whatsoever.

Service was good and staff very pleasant and the surroundings were clean and bright. The letdown was the food which was ok but not worth the money paid, we paid £90 for three courses. If you are looking for a great food experience then prezzo will unfortunately fail to impress. Based on this visit I will not be returning.

Good food but below par service, the servers were helpful but had to be called on and rarely came to the table to check on us even if we had empty drinks. Our starter took half an hour to arrive and it took over 5 minutes before someone came to our table to take a drinks order from us never mind food. Shame really as I've eaten in more than one Prezzo but the service here fell way short. They could learn lessons from TGI's next door.
