It was a good experience until the main courses came out then one of the waitresses was very rude to my mum when my mum explained it was not edible. The chicken carbonara was burnt so the pasta was all dried out and the waitress was arguing with my mum saying it was meant to be like that. Eventually so took it away and a free perfect one arrived but her attitude was disgusting. The manager did apologise for the food.

The Restaurant was very busy but service was excellent. Our table was ready for us. I enjoyed the pumpkin pasta starter followed by a margarita pizza. Its base was crispy and delicate and did not toughen as it cooled. I found the desert being portioned in three sizes ideal. My husband enjoyed his pasta too.

The restaurant was very busy which is always a good sign of somewhere really good. I went especially for the 'Special' of pumpkin and lobster pizza and it didn't disappoint! Will definitely be returning especially if i get another 25% off voucher.

Great restaurant which is really family friendly. Good value kids menu. Great range of pizza and pasta dishes, with a changing selection of specials. Great to be able to use clubcard vouchers.

Amazing gluten free pizza. One of the best I've had.

Sadly our order was wrong, we asked for roquito peppers but got chillies, and there was no gluten free options for the starters on the small '3 course for 3' menu so I had a lump of goats cheese with some rocket which was really disappointing.

Also please offer rose wine with the set menu! Only white or red is rubbish.

The food was great but lack of gf choices and a wee mistake (on both pizzas!) was a shame.

First visit to a Prezzo restaurant. It was a pre theatre meal for my daughter's birthday. We both really enjoyed food. The service was excellent. We would both visit this restaurant again.
