We used to visit Prezzo in Wimborne at least once every month or so. The last time we went, about 8 months ago, there was a very different atmosphere. There were new waiting staff and we were rushed at every stage from ordering. Our plates were cleared the second we put our knives and forks down and were still chewing a mouthful of food. We thought we would give Prezzo another try as it really was one of a favourite restaurants. Wimborne didn't have a table so we booked Blandford. We had an identical experience. The waitress must have come back to us three or four times in the space of five minutes for our order to the point that my wife chose too quickly and was then disappointed in her choice. Again, plates were cleared the second my knife and fork touched the plate. This gives the impression that the waitress was hovering like a vulture and is very off-putting. This was the first time we had been to Blandford, so we don't know the history. However, we were regulars at Wimborne from the day they opened and the change which means that we never go back was a very noticeable switch from English waiting staff, to staff that are from other countries. Our waitress at Blandford was also from another country. Whether the country of origin of staff is a coincidence or if Prezzo nationally are intentionally rushing customers, it is not good. If we want fast food, we'll choose a restaurant known for that approach. Prezzo 'was' one of our favourites for a quiet relaxed meal. Never again!

Bit disappointed in all the Italian meals we all had (6 people). One chicken meal with cheese was very tiny. Spag bol not very flavoursome and not much meat in plate. Two pizzas were ordered which were very thin and very little stuff on top of them. Was told by my friends that they had better pizzas from a supermarket . would not recommend this Italian restaurant in blandford to anyone.

Good food but for a large bottle of lager nearly £7 when you can buy three for £5 from Tesco! Wait to have a drink when you get home ask for water lol or your bill will be massive for one round.

The meal and the staff were excellent. We have been to this particular restaurant about 4-5 times and each time has been very good.

Clean, cheerful and welcoming. The food was good and well presented but I think the sauce with the chicken, bacon and avocado salad was excessive and too strong. I would prefer to have the sauce served separately and pour it on myself (to taste).

On entry were made to feel very welcome, we arrived a little early and were shown to the lounge area. After a few minutes we were shown to our table and offered drinks and apperitives. Our drinks arrived and our order was taken. The meal arrived and looked very attractive and it taste was as good. It was superb. W were given every attention. The Restaurant was quite busy even though we were early Diners, mainly family groups with children.Te atmosfere was good and relatively quiet. The fresh ground coffee was rather strong but the waiter offered to change it. Mrs Harper state that the rear ladies toilet seat was split in half which is dissapointing.
All in all we were very satisfied and will visit again. We also use your Salisibury and Wimborne Restaurants but Blandford tops them both.Full marks to the staff.
