I thought the restaurant looked tired and grubby maybe this is the style but for me it didn't work if it was supposed to be rustic that's fair enough but it felt dirty and the leather seats didn't help. The food was nice overall I think it would be better if there were 4 bits on the chichetti plates to share 3 is a difficult number.

Absolutely awful. No dish was hot, just about warm. The worst of all was the vegetable frito misto. The vegetables were soggy rather than crisp and the batter was just sticky. If they cannot make such a basic dish they should pack up and go. Also the toilets are quite awful.

I can't describe it as anything more than average and slightly disappointing. Food was very average, service wasn't great (don't take people's plates away if members if the party are still eating as it sets the impression that you are rushing people to finish - the restaurant was very quiet so there was no need to rush people)

Rustic little Italian style place, you wouldn't imagine it was in the heart of London, does a range of small dishes aimed at sharing, we enjoyed the pizzetta, cod cheeks and lentils and a calzone style dish stuffed with meatballs, I would definitely reccomend and go again

The dining experience for our group was overshadowed by the state of the ladies toilet which was described as disgusting. That this was adjacent to the kitchen made our discomfort worse. Complimentary water was unchilled tap water. The food was good but not good enough to warrant a return visit.

Have previously been to polpo and it was lovely. But this time service was slow, and it wasn't even very busy.
