It was really good value, the staff was fantastic. I have dined in Planet Hollywood at Vegas, but I thought this whole experience was much better.

Absolutely loved this place, we did arrive 10 minutes late but we was advised they would find us s table as quickly as possible which they did however we was happy drinking cocktails at the bar, food was incredible, big portion sizes and tasted amazing, atmosphere in there is brilliant for all ages, highly recommend going, waitresses were brilliant polite and can't do enough for you

Met at the door by a scruffy woman- all the staff wearing different shaby uniforms and dirty shoes!
The place was empty, but was shown to a table next to a mother and young daughter??? So we asked to move as this was like sharing tables! Shown to another table near the kitchens- but we were happy- menu was greased up with food all over! Ordered drinks ( cocktails) fantastic!! Really nice 10/10
Meal arrived- cheap cobs with a burger- ok but only warm not hot - tasty though! Lettuce was going brown
Was asked if we wanted sweets- errr no!!!
Couldn't get out quick enough- never again. Planet Hollywood - no celeb service , food or ambience. In fact the whole place needed a good scrub!
    Def wouldn't recomend!!

The service was slow and we were seated upstairs where it gets very warm and stuffy as you are so close to the ceiling.my daughter felt sick and had to sit outside. The food is great and can not fault it.. And the 20% off voucher helped.

We go a couple of times a year and usually excellent but this time the food wasn't as good as normal and the waitress a bit judgemental, shame as this is the first time I have had to be negative.

I have to say I was so disappointed with our planet Hollywood experience. In the past we have dined there on several occasions and been very happy. This one well, when we got to the restaurant we were told we may not be able to dine as they had no gas. We went for a drink at the bar hoping the problem would be sorted by the time of our reservation. When it came to our reservation time we had to wait fifteen minutes before we were seen by a server. We were then told we could have a few food choices. We decide to stay and have one of the limited choices. We were able to choose from one starter and from only five main meals. As you can imagine I was extremely disappointed!!!! Our first server was polite but had the very distinct smell of cigarettes, not what you wish to smell. The second server was very helpful and happy to help. When our main courses came I started to eat my jacket potato I then moved on to start a stone cold burger!!! As our server was no where to be found I informed another member of staff.my server came over apologised and replaced the burger.
I have to say I have been so disappointed with my visit to planet Hollywood the food, atmosphere, my treatment and smell. We are off to Florida in June and we usually dine at planet hollywood out there now we probably won't be dining there due to our disappointment!!!!!!
