Friendly staff, prompt service, good food and plenty of time to wander and look at the exhibits. Food was very tasty. Was for my sons 16th birthday and he loved it.

Very nice straight from the theatre (Harold Pinter); easy walking distance. It was a bit noisy for us but it is a big venue for big partys. If you had a small quiet area for us older folks, I am sure that it would be well used. The food was excellent; far better than expected.

from the moment we walked in , we were made very welcome. it was my daughters birthday and they gave us a great table and put a birthday message on the big screen for her. when we were leaving the manager made a point of saying goodbye and to make sure we seen the message. we ate in a lot of places when we were in London , this was the best overall, food , service and atmosphere. ill defo be back. the place felt so relaxed and the beer was great, must be because the boss is Australian lol. I would defo recommend it if you are in London. a+++++++++++++

Booking service - great. On arrival - lovely greeting. Waitress pleasant enough.
Long waits in between dishes, table not cleared away properly after starters and mains - by time our dessert was served, we still had starter dishes and mess from starter and mains. I asked if chilli could be added to my pasta, which I was told of course - this did not happen. My sister got to the end of her chips dish to see, old dry rice - manager came over and explained that the same dish is used to share the rice and chips and there is no need to worry - REALLY! 2 mains out of 5 was nice, most of the 3 left on the plate, waitress oblivious.
Overall me expectations were high were Planet Hollywood, the reason for me choosing the restaurant for my son's birthday meal, we were all left quite disappointed.

We booked a table for lunch. The service was good, staff friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was ok, although music way too loud. The food was disappointing. Lacked flavour, we didn't eat it. We won't return.

We had a fantastic time. The staff were very attentive. It was my sons 15th birthday and the staff sang happy birthday when his cake came out. X
