WHILST THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE DINING EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, THE FOOD DID NOT MEET UP TO STANDARD, I.E. TWO PEOPLE HAD STEAKS AND BOTH WERE RATHER FATTY. ALL IN ALL A BIT OVERPRICED FOR WHAT WE ACTUALLY HAD

Friendly and efficient staff, good food with varied choice and reasonable prices. Beware the gigantic portions of the starters, will not have room for your main if you're not a big eater. Nice atmosphere and not too close to the next table. Only disappointment was that the 12.5% service charge was automatically added to the bill of our table of four, I prefer to make my own decision of how much to leave, not just add £9 to my £75 bill. Would recommend the restaurant and go again.

Food was ok, service was excellent but music was too loud so had to shout to have a conversation. Live video footsge of the diners made for a good atmosphere.

The food was rubbish, my wife ordered a £15 salad which consisted of a supermarket bag of salad a few croutons, 6 small pieces of chicken and nothing else. This was sent back with little or no apology and she then sat watching me eat. I ordered ribs which were covered in charcoal from the grill so I didn't eat them all, although I didn't complain due to the salad incident. We ordered the apple and berry dessert to share, so at least my wife could eat something, this was burnt came with the tiniest amount of custard and I ended up asking the manager if he believed that was a £7 dessert, to which he agreed it wasn't worth it. This was also returned as it was rubbish and unedible due to being burnt. All in all the worst dining experience I have ever encountered, made worse as 2 days earlier we ate at the Hard Rock in Manchester and it was brilliant. Anyone thinking of going on a visit to London would be best going to the shop and possibly a drink and look round, but avoid the massively overpriced food chunk they are pushing out. I said to the manager when he wasn't giving me any feedback, look around at your clientele and the place was full of school children, who in the main will just eat what's put in front of them, although this is no excuse to serve up that crap and then expect to get paid top dollar for it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
