Booking was easy and done online. We booked for half 1 but children were hungry so they managed to seat us half hour early. Ordering was fine and food came out 20mins later. Our waitress was nice and friendly but things a little slow waited 10 mins to order desserts and wasn't given a full dessert menu. When my nephew asked for a refill this never materialised. Service charge added which I know is the know is the norm in some places but should be optional. Nearly £10 on top seems bit extreme.
Can't say I would go back as lacked in atmosphere and burgers ect you could get elsewhere for cheaper.

Visited for daughters 12th birthday. Waitress was lovely and wished my daughter happy birthday. Food was very good. All the staff were very friendly. Most importantly, my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it.

We visited after an afternoon at the Tall Ships Festival and we had a great time. The five of us shared the generous VIP platter to start, then went on to burgers, steak, crispy beef and LA lasagne, respectively. Though a couple of us had pudding I had a wonderful Singapore Sling, something I haven't had in years. The lasagne was wonderful - so filling that I had to take 3/4 of it home with me. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Our waitress, Rosario, was particularly efficient and really went out of her way to ensure we were well looked after.

    Extremely disappointing.
We were not given an option as to how we would like our burgers cooked when ordering. Toilets needed re decorating and broken seat on ladies downstairs. Mushroom and swiss cheese burger had one mushroom! Chips on all meals were dry and over cooked. Ordered half a pint of Fosters and was given a pint. No atmosphere.
Having visited Planet Hollywood a couple of years ago in Orlando, we decided to try Planet Hollywood in London for our sight seeing trip - there was no comparison and we were all very disappointed.

Went here for a dinner with my family for my birthday whilst staying in london, such a fun place, really officiant, the place is rammed but all staff were on it! The lass who served us was fantastic, and i am awful for not remembering her name, everything came really quickly, food was amazing, atmosphere was great. Had the super sundae to finish, was HUGE! And yummy! Would definitely go again!
