Loud, but good atmosphere & plenty to look at. Food was good, but expensive for what you got. I had the salmon, stated with sautéed veg -which actually was just peppers. Didn't have dessert. Milkshake was truly lovely.

I dined at Planet Hollywood with my 8 year old daughter recently. From the moment we walked through the door the staff couldn't have been more attentive to us. The food arrived quickly after ordering and was of excellent quality. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and we were entertained by the movie clips & music videos. My daughter drew a picture for the staff which they promptly displayed on the wall much to her delight. Would definitely return to dine here again in the future.

Service and food fantastic . My fifteen year old daughter loved the webcam .just a shame our text didn't come up on the screen whilst we were there.

Nice restaurant.Food was undercooked and not presented very well.We were cold as the door kept being opened. And the tables are too close too each other no privacy from the couples next to you.Staff are very nice though. But I don't think the food is worth the prices they charge

We were really excited to eat at planet hollywood as part of a weekend in London.

On arrival we were seated promptly and greeted warmly by our server. She was great interacting with our children and took our orders with a smile.

We ordered the club sandwich, the avocado and cheese burger and two kids meals.

Unfortunately our meals arrived before our drinks and we were very disappointed by the food. The club sandwich was dry, over salty and the chicken was way over cooked.

The kids hotdog was far too big, dry and the hotdog tasted like cheap tinned equivalent.

The fish goujons were deep fried and tasteless and greasy.

The food is over priced and tastes horrible! We had a great server though which thoroughly deserved the tip.
