Good, quick friendly service. Quality of food excellent although portions a bit too big for English appetites. A definite hit for our youngest patron.

Great Waitress, good food for this type of food and interesting to see the film artifacts, just a shame it doesnt have the same character and ambience that some of the other Planet Hollywoos have. Not a lot of artifacts in there either. My daughter, however, loved the hands although she was very disappointed in the shop and t.shirt selection in the the smaller sizes very poor and she had set her heart on one from looking at the website before we went!

Great place to take the kids after a day sightseeing in London, you can't beat the upbeat atmosphere. The 2 things to consider are 1. It's noisy - the music is loud so you will be shouting your order at the waitress! And 2. The portions are MASSIVE!! I barely ate a quarter of my Greek salad but that's probably due to the mound of nacho's we started with. If neither of these bother you then you'll enjoy eating there!

Brilliant experience and the perfect end to a fabulous day in London for me and my 14-year-old son for whom it was a first visit to the city. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall we were very disappointed with our visit. This was a much anticipated visit by my daughter, who is 14 and during a week's trip to London, decided to book a table at Planet Hollywood as one of our restaurant visits. Our disappointment started when we arrived at the restaurant - the greeting staff on the door were quite curt and were too busy talking among themselves rather than serve customers waiting to enter the restaurant. When we were eventually shown to a table, we were given our menus and left alone for almost 10 minutes before the waitress arrived to ask if we would like drinks. By this point we had decided on our meal choice ages ago, so attempted to order. This was a nightmare in itself - the waitress kept repeating meals that we hadn't ordered and it took quite a while for her to get it, well, we presumed correct. We waited quite a while for our drinks, and after yet another epic amount of time, another waitress came over to check what we had actually ordered as she said she couldn't understand a word of what the original waitress had written! Not impressive! We waited an age for our food to arrive, and the gentleman who brought it asked if we would like more drinks. By this time we had almost finished our drinks so asked for another set, specifying each drink we wanted. We were also disappointed with the food - there was a severe lack of flavour and the food was tepid and not hot. By the end of the meal, the second set of drinks had still not arrived. As soon as we had finished eating, the waitress returned pressing upon us to order desserts, coffees etc, despite being told numerous times that these weren't wanted. We requested the bill, and this then resulted in a face being pulled by the waitress. She returned to our table with the bill and card machine and asked in passing 'Oh, did you get your other drinks?'. We said no, and she said, 'Oh, I don't know what happened there!'. Overall thoroughly disappointed and we will not be returning in future
