We loved it! As far as themed restaurants go this was a good one! I love movies so we were surrounded by great memorabilia, and the food was delicious, and our waiter was lovely and helpful :)

The food was rubbish, my wife ordered a £15 salad which consisted of a supermarket bag of salad a few croutons, 6 small pieces of chicken and nothing else. This was sent back with little or no apology and she then sat watching me eat. I ordered ribs which were covered in charcoal from the grill so I didn't eat them all, although I didn't complain due to the salad incident. We ordered the apple and berry dessert to share, so at least my wife could eat something, this was burnt came with the tiniest amount of custard and I ended up asking the manager if he believed that was a £7 dessert, to which he agreed it wasn't worth it. This was also returned as it was rubbish and unedible due to being burnt. All in all the worst dining experience I have ever encountered, made worse as 2 days earlier we ate at the Hard Rock in Manchester and it was brilliant. Anyone thinking of going on a visit to London would be best going to the shop and possibly a drink and look round, but avoid the massively overpriced food chunk they are pushing out. I said to the manager when he wasn't giving me any feedback, look around at your clientele and the place was full of school children, who in the main will just eat what's put in front of them, although this is no excuse to serve up that crap and then expect to get paid top dollar for it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Met at the door by a scruffy woman- all the staff wearing different shaby uniforms and dirty shoes!
The place was empty, but was shown to a table next to a mother and young daughter??? So we asked to move as this was like sharing tables! Shown to another table near the kitchens- but we were happy- menu was greased up with food all over! Ordered drinks ( cocktails) fantastic!! Really nice 10/10
Meal arrived- cheap cobs with a burger- ok but only warm not hot - tasty though! Lettuce was going brown
Was asked if we wanted sweets- errr no!!!
Couldn't get out quick enough- never again. Planet Hollywood - no celeb service , food or ambience. In fact the whole place needed a good scrub!
    Def wouldn't recomend!!

The service was slow and we were seated upstairs where it gets very warm and stuffy as you are so close to the daughter felt sick and had to sit outside. The food is great and can not fault it.. And the 20% off voucher helped.
